Needed a convenient place to commute to work in 2006. Family had moved south just when I got a significant promotion in the area. Planned on staying just 5 years and then move to family. Did that, but held on to the condo. We don’t rent it out, but enjoy frequent retreats up here from North Carolina for a long weekend to visit old friends. Pleasant residents, exceptionally efficient and hospitable staff. Enough frills to make this a community, but not so many as to break the bank.. We bought and love the investment.
