I have lived at 6 other Independent & Assisted Living communities. Ivy Park is by far the best at keeping its word to provide a happy, wholesome, nurturing atmosphere and serves the best food of all. The staff members are cheerfully helpful and attentive to our needs. Activities are always fun and the transportation to medical facilities, shopping and interesting, fun destinations is always appreciated.

I liked everything about the community. It turns out that my loved one wasn't a fit for their assisted living after the community's assessment they did on my loved one.
My parents lived here for nearly 3 years. It was a wonderful facility and wish they could have met their more advancing needs. Not their fault, they can only handle so much. Of the other facilities in the same part of Roseville, Eskaton and Mistywood, this was the lesser amount, and the community was much more active. It all depends on your needs.

I love it, the other residents are so nice. Everyone is so nice. The food is the only thing that could be improved a little, but they are very accommodating about the diets. They are very light on the seasoning, which is good for most seniors, but I like heavily seasoned food, and I just bring my own down. They were better than any of the other places I saw.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for my loved one. Sierra Pointe looked like a very nice place, the staff were friendly and helpful. However this community was priced a bit higher than what we were looking for, and wasn't something we considered an option.

They offered three meals a day for independent living and my mom was not interested in that. She was interested in having a full kitchen and being able to cook on her own a bit. They had small units with only partial kitchens.

This was the slickest and most commercial-feeling of all the places. Their salesman is a salesman but I respected his assessment that he really didn't think his facility was the best match for our needs. I had good interaction with the residents too.
