Hudson House Canyon

Hudson House is in a nice location with a pond to the west and just west of the University. Clean environment with Staff that are friendly and respectful. Based on level of needs and staff being available and present for supporting residents appears to be average to minimum. Each meal is limited to one meal selection prepared for all residents. They don't go hungry. Activities are repetitive and don't interest many to participate. Overall the value appears to be average.

Hudson House would be the perfect place to bring your mom or family members, if you are wanting a homefeeling. Staff is very considerate and respectful,they interact with residents are very friendly and bubbly. They also provide services such as A barber who comes in on Thursday to give the residents hair cuts,she even will trim their toes! We have a beautiful front/Back porch you would be able to sit and visit with your family member on. Not to mention the inside of the building which is beautiful, when you walk in there is a fireplace with a tv above it that can make for cozy evenings in the winter! If you want a place you feel comfortable leaving your family member in good hands, Hudson House is the best place to be.

There have been a couple of times in my life where I have been a part of HHC in different capacities. The Hudson House has always been a special place where the residents have been well loved. In 2020 HHC became under new ownership. I would say the attention to detail at the facility has increased since this change (attention to detail from the food to the level of care, it has all grown exponetially). The owner makes both residents and staff a priority. Staff is attentive not only to the physical needs of residents but also emotional needs. This is a special touch that a small business is able to accommodate. You can feel good about this being a place you or your family member will be well cared for.

Bring your Loved ones to a great place. So they don't have to be at home by themselves so they can enjoy some snacks and games and friendships and great meals and someone to watch over them daily.

Great place for your loved ones. Nice clean environment with a great friendly staff. Always someone around to lend a helping hand. Would highly recommend this facility to family and friends. A true blessing.

We found just the right place for our mom when it became evident she needed a little more daily assistance. Hudson House has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff have been kind, courteous and professional. They have been able to provide everything mom has needed. Our family also feels welcome we we visit. We are incredibly grateful for the Hudson House. They are certainly worth a consideration if you are looking for an assisted living facility.

Great place. I love this place it will alway have a special place in my heart. A lot of people have live there and lived a great live with wonderful care from the staff. A place to call home is so true for this place.

We were impressed with the activities and overall environment/location of the facility. My dad seems to be happy there. Currently his care needs are minimal, but they're doing just fine with it. At mealtimes, he can have extra servings if he chooses, which is a big thing for him. And them meals we've eaten with him there were tasty.

I think it is a great place, the people are very friendly and very helpful. The owner is a go getting and always willing to help. They provided good activities and it is just an overall very nice place.
