Unacceptable care.

We wrote 2 checks to the owner, [name removed] for 5 weeks care plus the 2nd check for a evaluation. She was very friendly until she got our money. My mother was in her care around 5 hours before we removed her. On day one the staff was trying to get her to drink out of a straw. She could not swallow due to a stroke and needed all nourishment to be received in her feeding tube in stomach. No one in the house on this day spoke English. I know they have a no refund policy but we feel due to the neglect we should be given our money back.
