Nestled in the Willamette Valley — just a few miles from McDonald-Dunn Forest — is Holiday The Regent, a Holiday by Atria Retirement community. This picturesque community provides residents with a wide range of convenient services and amenities, including chef-inspired meals, stimulating activities, and various studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options. Sunshine floods the cozy common areas. Residents can enjoy the tree-top view from the restaurant-style dining room or roam the walking paths with their pup. Holiday Holiday The Regent is located near Samaritan Health Services, many parks and natural areas, and the Trysting Tree Golf Club.
Associates on-site strive to help all residents live the best life possible. Additional, custom-tailored health and personal care options are available through a third-party provider for an added fee. On-site staff can also provide 24-hour emergency response services.
To help reduce waste, save on postage, and avoid the risk of delays and late fees, Holiday residents can make secure online payments automatically each month. The Office Manager at the community of your choice can help you sign up upon move-in.

Good food, too distant because of Corona virus, very clean, friendly staff, nice birds and pets and pretty view in the dining room. The dinner music is Boring! I loved the puzzles!

I have lived here only during the "lockdown" time for COVID-19, but so far it has been a very positive time. This facility is very attractive and spotlessly clean. The grounds are lovely also and very well kept. The food is above excellent. So far no complaints.

My relative has been at The Regent for a month. She has some brain damage and her memory is poor. She also suffers from some social challenges. The staff are outstanding. They accommodate my relative’s quirky needs. Staff are excellent in helping with transportation and her diabetic needs and finding activities that suit her. My only hesitation (4 1/2 stars instead of 5) is the other clients and their friendliness and acceptance. This is not reflective of the staff. Staff are patient and have bent over backwards to help my relative meet people and help her make friends with those who cannot are understanding of her challenges. These services go above and beyond the potential role of an Independent Living facility. I think once my relative becomes more familiar with the routines, they shouldn’t be so necessary but for now they are extremely welcome.

What a WONDERFUL PLACE! I am so excited to be living at The Regent. The food is amazing with lots to choices. The Executive Chef was an instructor for the famous Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Portland. How lucky we are to have him cooking for us. Plus he speaks French! I really enjoy meeting all the people in the community. They are from all over the world. Great diversity! The activities are my favorite! Craft hour is always a blast. [Name removed] does an amazing job at keeping everyone busy. We also enjoy casino trips and outings to the coast plus other fun places. I have searched for a couple years before finding The Regent. So glad I did. You will never find a more caring staff. Most have been here for years. I recommend The Regent to any one who wants a wonderful place to live!!

The visit with [name removed] was wonderful. He understood the need of our family to get [name removed] in a community to have support, friendship, regular meals, the ability to have vehicle and having the outings. the plus is the location, near hospital and close for us to drive to. The pet birds there are a great plus too. The cons are the smoke tent at the end of hall and the extra cost of cable and internet ([name removed] is a sports junky and needs his NASA car and football)

The Regent is doing some things very well. The staff is very nice, and the other residents here are great. I do like that they offer many activities and that they do a pretty good job keeping the community tidy. However, The food is very mediocre, and I am not fond of the management. I was told when I toured that there is a security system at the community, but now that I am here, I find that that is not true at all. I really don't like being lied to, and the situation leaves me not feeling very good about the community.

The staff is nice and helpful. The food is good. It stays clean and tidy. My apartment is nice and has a little patio area. It is close to my doctors and the hospital so very convenient. I would recommend this community.

The community was nice and our tour went well and everyone was kind and informative but unfortunately, they do not allow large dogs and my parent's dog is a very important part of their lives.

My mom is in a good community where she can have support but still be active on her own. She is still settling in but there is many things she can do here.

I have no complaints so far about The Regent! The facility is clean and well maintained for my mother. The staff are sure to take care of her. There are many healthy meal options available to my mother, and plenty of activities for her to participate in.

A Place for Mom has scored Holiday Regent 8.6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
