They are very friendly, attentive and the food is great!

I think the community could be better at communicating the dinner options to the residents. I like the security at the community. It has been wonderful to be able to do health checks on my loved one.

I moved my mother here 2 years ago. I couldn't be happier with the staff, they made my mother feel at home. I am so happy with the staff here I moved my mother-in-law in. Both of them are extremely happy here. Wouldn't change a thing with the property and especially the staff.

Hilltop Estates is for me a wonderful new life experience. What a great to spend my "golden years." The entire staff are warm, gracious, and welcoming. They are most helpful (cheerfully so)-which creates an overall atmosphere of positive, friendly rapport among the residents. Thank you for being here!

My Dad is not happy with the quality of the food and the activities are lacking. Was told it was like a cruise ship that never sails! Not sure about that statement. It would be nice to have some field trips now and again. Food service is lacking and some high end food now and again would be nice. Prime rib, rib eyes, roast beef. Wine with dinner, cocktail parties now and again, social events. If trivia during lunch is all you have then I guess that’s all you have. Take a look at some of the other adult facilities around the area and see if you measure up. You may be surprised. Thanks for letting me voice my opinion and be honest with you.

The community is pretty well cleaned. The food is the primary reason my father is leaving. The food is almost always cold, not very inviting. It is often very low in nutrition. The frequently serve hot dogs for dinner, which we feel is not adequate. Given the price of the community, we feel the food is very sub par. The staff on the other hand, is good.

We really liked the pricing and the environment at this place when we visited, but could never convince my father in law to make the move up from Arizona. Now he is too far gone and needs skilled nursing and we have signed him up for hospice too.

We moved my mom from her private home to Hilltop Estates in September, 2018. What a relief to have her in a safe clean place where she can have her meals prepared for her, she can meet new people and go places and participate in organized activities. In her home she was always worried about home maintenance and repairs or how she was going to get to the doctor or store. Now her biggest worry is about which activity she wants to participate in...she is very happy there.

I like this property, for the price and the accommodations it’s great. It’s a nice looking place, they provide three meals a day, they have power and cable, and the only thing that my loved one needed is her phone and housekeeping. The staff is very friendly, reliable, and communicative. I definitely recommend.

I toured this community for care for my sister. The staff were helpful and were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is available here. The community was nice and clean, but we wanted a location that was closed. We would recommend this community for other families.

Staff very informative and friendly. Like the way they interact with residents. Residents seem happy being there. Made a great impression at first tour.

I am doing fine at this community. The staff are nice and kind people too. I think the food does not taste good. It seems like institutional food. It is not good quality food and made with too much starch. There is not enough vegetables served and I have not seen a dietitian here.
