Hilltop Estates has been great for our mom. She feels comfortable and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pink ladies are always there when you need them. Cleaning staff for apartment is great. Food is good. It would be nice if there were more/different activites. The ones they have a re good. Apartments need to be updated badly.

I have lived here three years. The BEST possible place for ME! The staff and caregivers are willing to do what needs doing. Our comfort and care is their commitment. Smiles are always available- the residents, too! My family feel better about my health and safety. Attitude=gratitude!

Great people, staff, and residents. I enjoy my days here. Very safe community.

Staff friendly, clean all around, and beautiful surroundings.

Initial level of support was far less than we expected to ease the transition, based on conversations with staff leading up to the move. We were told to expect another resident to step in to "take them (my folks) under their wing until they got settled," and that did NOT happen. It was AWFUL for the first couple weeks. Now, things are going better.

My father is so much happier since moving in to Hilltop Estates. He is comfortable, eating well and he smiles a lot. He is proud of his new home and enjoys the landscaping out his back door. I can sleep at night knowing he is well cared for. It seems everyone who works there knows my father by name and is looking out for him. I can’t thank Hilltop Estates enough. And a special shout out to [name removed] for his outstanding customer service.

Hilltop Estates is extremely well-managed by General Manager [name removed]. [name removed]encouraged me to consider this community even though assisted living was needed. He explained that contractors (Pink Ladies/[name removed]) provide assisted living services. He introduced me to [name removed] Bishop who matched us with the perfect apartment. [name removed] went above and beyond to do everything possible to make Dad’s move-in as smooth as possible. Dad is difficult. [name removed] is a gentle but firm force who oversees his personal needs, which was especially difficult when he first arrived. [name removed] is well-liked and respected by all. Dad adores [name removed] and her staff. Hilltop is safe and clean, and fun activities are often happening. Staff is well informed and have been kind, polite, and patient. Dad’s health has improved since he left his lonely, isolated home. Now he enjoys three nutritious and delicious meals per day. He has the opportunity to interact as much or as little as he chooses. Dad is doing unbelievably well here.

My sister helped me find Hilltop Estates. 8 years ago. We looked at a few places and Hilltop Estates was the best choice for me. Since I moved into the community, I’ve had more time to exercise, watch films, and play solitaire. In December, I will have been here 9 years. Im happy to call Hilltop Estates my home.

I chose Hilltop Estates because I had a close friend that lived in the community. [name removed] reached out and invited me to an event, and after meeting a few friends I decided to make Hilltop Estates home.

So far, the experience has been adequate. However, I will say that the property is extremely dated and all of the furniture throughout all of the hallways, entry, dining room, etc. are all very worn and appear to be roughly 25 years old or more. Any chair that you sit in has zero cushioning left. The food selections seem to be sandwiches quite often or very basic meals. Also, the shuttle service is no longer operational because the shuttle driver is now the activities director.

the price doesn't include transportation to and from appts that were promised. It is not reliable or safe. My mom only needs a clean place to live and her food. She is able to do her own meds, shower etc. we were counting on good transportation. Now she has to pay for Ubers to come get her and take her back. That adds up to a extra monthly expenses that we have to pay for. That is expensive when it is suppose to be included. The activities person has changed. The new girl is hardly there and not able to keep things active. Again, something g we thought would be include to be included, It was until the activity person left.

My mother is 96 years old and from the start she liked it, now she loves it. She attends the writing group , the flower arrangements , bingo, library, exercise classes, sets on the comfortable large outdoor seating area in the front. She walks with her walker around the building on the sidewalk most days. And of course she really enjoys the beautiful dining area and a delicious food three times a day! We are so thankful we found holiday hilltop estates. My Mom said" I now realize how much stress I was under living alone, even my whole life, here I feel completely comfortable, without the stress!"

I really don't post reviews but I had to let everyone that this is the best place for mom! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Mom was nervous but she made friends. She likes playing the activities and the events they have and the music. I'm so happy with our decision!

I love coming here to visit grandma. The residents are so nice and welcoming and always waving hi. My grandma loves her friends and says every one is so nice to her. She loves the meals and not having to cook anymore and she’s very happy with her care gives!! Loves playing BINGO

It is an excellent community and I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. My loved one has already had a friend join them in the community. My loved one is thrilled with the meals. The community will not allow unvaccinated individuals in to have meals with our loved ones in the dining room. They will not accept a negative test either. Games, music, library, field trips, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. The staff communication with the family is excellent.

Overall it is a place my dad is very comfortable with. They are beginning to build a nice community, staff are always super friendly and helpful. They are just really beginning to re start their activity programs after covid, so some activities are still limited. The food is kind of bland, he does complain about that sometimes and they could improve on the variety.
