The help is good. The nurses have been good. They seem to have enough nurses and everything. The whole thing is amazing. They do a really good job at cleaning and everything. I don't really like the oatmeal.

They have gotten her up, so we are pretty pleased. They are polite and nice, and the administrator came by and visited us twice. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful. They have been on top of communicating.

My husband loved it there. The nurses were very good. It was always clean and there were no odors. The food was really good. He enjoyed every bit of it. It seemed like the CNAs didn't have enough training on dealing with dementia. There was a lack of communication from those in charge.

I recommended my own mother to the facility! One aide was especially helpful. The food is really good and the quantity is good. The only thing is the meals are never on time, always late, usually between 45 minutes and an hour. She was having lots of difficulty for some time and I felt as though the staff was not taking it seriously.

One girl is really good and takes care of her. It's a very clean facility. One CNA is mean to my wife twice and have been able to get it to stop. They are trying their best to help her. They are consistently late on their medication. The nurses and aides throw things on my wife's bed and tell her to get herself dressed.

The nursing care is good. It's just that they are not watching her. My mother has had some issues with her roommate. I would like them to let me know things instead of her calling me.

The nurses are nice, but you hardly ever see them. I haven't seen a CNA but once or twice. Nobody comes to try to help them. Some are friendly and some are not. Some do not speak at all. I'm just not pleased at all. As far as it being clean, I don't have any complaints. I have told them that both my parents need their meat cut up but every time the food is brought the meat is not cut. The meals are as slow as Christmas, and they don't serve them when they are supposed to. There hasn't been any communication with me. They have activities, but I haven't seen one person come down here to try to tackle them to activities.

My loved one talked highly of one girl that was really nice if she needed something. My loved one is satisfied with the meals. I have not noticed it being dirty at all! Most shifts seem to experience the same response time issue. The communication is nonexistent unless I am proactive about getting information. It is hard to say if the staff are friendly. A lot of them do not seem friendly. It was a couple days before she received any rehab.

I am at Hillside Heights for Skilled Rehab, they are very caring the therapy department is excellent along with the nursing staff, the food could improve but overall experience here is great.

It is wonderful. The whole care and attitudes are wonderful. I could not ask for my loved one to be in a better place. The therapy is very good. His nurse is wonderful with him. The room and the whole facility are immaculate. The food is very nice. They are all very nice and top-notch.

This is the best facility in Amarillo. I love the care of the workers and niceness and caring there. They are sweethearts. They definitely push for my mom to do the therapy. The nurses do the best they can, and she is a handful. I like the overall care of the facility and how they maintain it inside and out. She is gaining some weight. Once we got the paperwork taken care of, their communication has been awesome.

They are really good with my loved one and good with handling her and picking her up. She's comfortable there. She's really happy with the food. She likes everything. Everybody I have spoken to has been great.

It's been good so far. The therapists are thorough. They went over my loved one's goals. We had a conference and talked to everyone. The staff is busy. When I ask, they don't have answers. The meal service after hours needs to be better. More options are needed.

My loved one really likes it. She is doing pretty well in therapy. The staff is good. They fix her bed up right away. A couple of times, I could not get a hold of a nurse. They need more nurses. They picked up her meal a couple of times when she did not eat it yet.

It is going quite well. I think the therapists are doing what they need to do. The nurses bring my loved one her medications. The housekeeping staff seem like they take care of everything. She is eating well, but she does not like oatmeal, and they bring it every day. Sometimes when she pushes the button for help, it can take a while to help her. They did not make her bed today.

They have been wonderful, and it is a great place. The nursing has been good. Everyone has been truly wonderful and kind. It is beautiful and clean. Everyone has communicated well. There have been some minor issues. They spoke with me immediately in the food service part. They have responded to my concerns immediately. The food most of the time is wonderful.
