False advertisement. There are Reports from Social Services regarding a Type B Citation. Understaffed. Daily activities are zero, we have to pick up our father and take him out, otherwise he sit and watch TV and if he's not watching TV in his room he's watching what the caregiver choose to watch when they are there to work and not sit and watch TV. The meals arent nutritious and the special diets that are prescribed by Doctor are not being prepared. We are constantly dropping off meals, picking up medications and doing things that should be taken care of by the caretakers as outlined in the contract. The furniture and carpet are outdated and not enough space for guest and make it an unpleasant visit while visiting. For what is being charged, much more should be offered and provided. My father fell and hurt his leg and knee and wasn't taken to be seen or have a x.ray. Now my fathers $500.00 electric chair that we sent with him is broke and we're expected to repair it or have it repaired. Please do thorough research before placing your loved ones in a care home.
