I am very impressed with their approach. They are open from eight to eight, but if there were an emergency we could get there no problem. They notice issues and take care of them right away. They are very responsive. She regards it as home. She is happy unless she misses her daily bingo. The staff is wonderful they keep her very entertained.... Read more

Disgusting !!!! [removed] There is no privacy at all. They are crammed in rooms with a total of 3 people!!! The bathrooms are disgusting and brown. It's stinks and it's down right dirty. I went in to visit my mother and not one person said a word. I went upstairs to witness a nurse pulling and elderly lady up and pushing her in the wheel chairs. They had a cart in the hallway that say there so they could I guess fill the guest cup up when they got low, instead of just going down to the dirty cafe to get something. They have tube tvs without working remotes. My mother had to put a deposit On a remote and asked them last week to fix her remote bc it didn't work and nothing at all. I went down 3x's to exchange a remote they had locked up and boxes- 2 had buttons chewed off of them, they were disgusting and covered in stuff. The guests had trays that were dirty, I asked for a spoon and the spoon was disgusting! We had to stand on the room full of 3 ladies in a bed with ZERO chairs !!!! It was uncomfortable and gross !!! Nothing like the pictures. The staff is rude and nasty and only there to get a check and care nothing for these ladies in pain that are hurting. I have never seen anything like this!! I'm calling the health dept [removed]
