Disgusting, filthy, smelly horrible hellish place. Some one needs to investigate their funding and poverty level facility. Concord hospital sent my loved one here without notifying the family.

Absolutely the worst place ????They forget to bring patients there dinner if u ask for anything like to have the air conditioner fix OMG they say there is nothing wrong with it lol it never came on even the nite nurse said it didn't work and hasn't for years ??If u ring the bell good luck if they even feel like getting. Up its not for at least hr or so they lie they NEVER do what they say they will treat guest poorly we needed a new pair of socks I asked 3 times once about every hr she keep saying she was going to get them and she NEVER got up once I even offer d to get them for 3 days my mother lied in a bed that had bloody sheets I had to ask for the new sheets and i changed the bed so stay away.???? ?????

This is the worst place ever????DON'T go there ????????This place is very BAD????????If u dont plan on being there 24-7 to watch over ur loved one then dont don't go there ????????I could write pages of things they DONT do this is one they didn't bring my mom supper 2 nights in a row when asked they said they did I was there from 330 till 10:00 pm no supper asked 4 different people they all said they would look into it the last person said the kitchen was closed ??Really Ive been bringing in her food that's only the beginning they NEVER answer the call buttons my mom called me at 1230 AM saying she had been ringing her call button to use the bathroom she was crying so hard I got in my car (I live 40 mins away) and drove there by now it was to late she had an accident and was upset about it and guess what ---- up that's rite they still had not gone to her room??????????It gets worse STAY AWAY from this hell hole??????????

I saw many instances where persons dispensing meds appeared confused, or perhaps unqualified. One instance involved a doctor and nurses chuckling over a life-threatening double dose of heart meds to a patient whom they were trying to wake up! They hoped it "wasn't THEIR mistake!" I was very uncomfortable with my mom's treatment from that point forward.
