Hammonton has been good. My loved one is not good at hospitals. He is very stubborn. When I was there, he declined the therapy. The staff was very nice to me. Oh, the facility was very clean!

I like the care they are giving me. The cleanliness is pretty good. I do not eat normal food. All I eat is french fries, peanut butter, chips, and apple juice. It smells good but I cannot have vitamin K. I do not know about communication and I do not ask them anything. I am waiting for them to tell me I can go home.

I am very happy. There has been a big improvement in my brother's health thanks to their rehab therapy. I met an aide and she was very nice and introduced herself. She explained things. I was very happy with that. The staff only say hi there. They are very busy with the patients. The aide is very nice and says hi and asks “how are you”. She acknowledged me when I walked into the room. When I first visited my brother the nurse that took care of him did not introduce herself and I still do not know her name. She was yelling in the hallway to a patient. This was hard for my brother and I was worried how he would be treated. He seems content with the nurses the care. There was a little problem with the meals in the beginning but it is great now. Just from my experience with communication, it could use improvement. I have had I left a message and it took almost a week for a call back.

The people are nice but the facility needs help. Their rehab therapy is very good. The staff is nice but not enough responsibility. I asked the staff to assist my loved one with her condition. Only the nurses can do that. There are not enough nurses, but they do a good job and are very nice when they help. My mother had to wait 45 minutes for a bedpan. The place needs a lot of help with cleanliness. When we go to the outside area the tables are dirty with trash. I saw the doctor and she answered my questions.

My grandfather was here before and after the renovations...they have really amped up their nursing staff and since the new dietary director has come on, meals have been hot and amazing! pricing on this site is not consistent with what we private pay, they are great at working with you!
