Inadequate Medical Care throughout the facility, very ignorant especially the "Medical Director" [name removed] Who told me "Get Her Out" when questioned about my mother's medical treatment, stay away from this "Rehab Facility" it is by far the worst I have seen. The Facility Director was rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Please do your lived ones a favor, keep them as far away from PowerBack as possible.

I was at this facility in 2014 After Cardiac bypass surgery and received good care and results. When my wife had similar surgery in [date removed] we went back. Place is still a beautiful facility but the care has gone way [removed] 15 to 45 minute wait on call bell, bedding not changed by 4 and 5 in afternoon because the laundry was not done, physical therapy was spotty and some days not at all with no explanation, Doctor not very professional, had to make many calls to supervisors to get care for my wife. She developed fluid in her lung and it took them two days to contact her Surgeon ......They were very reluctant to help her get cleaned up in the AM.... Did not have a shower in the six days she was there.....Sorry to see this happened to a beautiful place but would definitely not recommend going here unless you can take care of your on personal needs and just want a place to relax for a while.

Run!!! Please do not send your loved ones here. The facility is gorgeous but it's all smoke and mirrors. They are so understaffed the patients do not receive the care they need. If you're looking for an aide look behind the desk. If you do have concerns and bring them to the attention of the "powers that be" watch out, you are made to feel as though you have no business worrying about your loved one. I beg you not to bring your family member here.
