As soon as I walked threw there doors, overall the greeter was nice at the front desk but already conveyed that there was limited staff. I left my luggage at the front lobby and was escorted to my room where it was such filth. The Nurse Supervisor for the night was extremely rude. There were ants all over the floor and the tables were sticky. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all with hair all over the toilet. I was so appalled. The staff was very rude. I didn't feel safe or welcomed there. The nurse supervisor sat up front with me while I waited for my ride to pick me up, she was going to leave me alone up there but said "Let me make sure there's no money up here to be taken." I said "Ma'am I don't need your money I have my own." All because in my file it says I'm a recovering addict. With a blood infection, its super imperative that I need a clean environment, none the less anyone would want that. Bottom line, I would never refer this place to anyone, not even my own worst enemy. DISGRACEFUL.

I have had two rehabilitation stunts myself and compared to those facilities Hammonton Center is better. I see that my sister is receiving good care.

The experience has really varied. My loved one got here over the weekend and by Sunday I was ready to pull him out of here. The weekend care was not good and fell short. I could not get information from anyone and the staff that I attempted to speak with were not helpful at all.

Overall the experience has been pretty good at Hammonton Center. There has been one incident in which my loved one was not changed. When I saw this, I went to the administrator. He responded right away and handled everything appropriately. They have been a lot better now. The care has been good. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The overall experience has been pretty awful. It's kind of everything, the service, the care, the people.

The dining service is not good but the meals are on time. I have not gotten any updates. The nursing care needs to improve with what is going on.

I definitely would recommend the facility to a friend! I remember an aide and a nurse because they were very helpful so far. The nurses I interacted with were great! The cleanliness is very good. My loved one has been raving about her meals to me. She seems to really be enjoying them. She will mention "Oh I had pancakes" or I had this is or that. The meals seem to be going well for her.

I could not think of a complaint if I had to. Hammonton is treating my sister like a queen. She is very well taken care of and is happy here. We are so happy with the care. As a whole, the staff has been wonderful. The nurses have truly been good. Because of my loved one's condition, meals can be difficult for her but to my understanding, they are providing her with the meal plan she needs and she does not complain at all about the meals. Communication has been wonderful!

Fabulous, everything is great so far! The staff is courteous and nice. Everyone is polite and they say "Hello, how are you doing?" all the time. The nurses are doing a great job! Even my mom said it is clean and she is a tough cookie to please! Communication was very good.
