There have been a few things that needed to be addressed, but The Grand Regency is receptive and responsive to concerns. It's a great place to be [name removed] and the staff are the best always helpful and caring it's a great place to live the nurses and CNAs are great to and it's a safe place 24/7 so if your loved ones need a good place to have the care they need Grand Regency of Rockford would be the place for help and care your loved ones deserve

My loved one is lactose intolerant. The Grand Regency requires me to purchase and deliver his lactose free milk. I think his dietary needs should be included in his monthly charge.

We have not been able to have a meal there with our loved one but some of our other family has and they seem quite satisfied. The staff members have been extremely helpful with our loved one who can definitely be a handful at times - they really seem to go that extra mile and even the residents living on the floor with our loved one really help her out. All the different activities going on during the day helps our loved one stay busy and active.

I would recommend you look elsewhere for a place for your loved one. There are times that I have to wait days to get through to the staff to check on my loved one. I don't hear from medical staff on how my loved one is doing, so I hired an outside agency nurse to care for my loved one. The person that is in charge of the entire community has been rude. He was sarcastic and I was surprised by how he treated the family while speaking to him. [name removed] has been great to work with, and [name removed] in the finance department has been good to work with as well.

This is not a fancy community but it is a good solid place to live for your loved one. Most everyone is quick to help with anything that I need and they are always open to listen to anything that my mother has to say or needs. The tour was great and they sat down and answered all of my questions at the end of the experience.

I recently visited an old fiebd at this Facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness and my friend enjiys the meals.

I like the care at this very nice community. The staff is always caring and attentive. The menu is very appealing and we like that she is happy with the menu. They have a lot of activities that are offered for the residents who want to participate. This is a great value for great care.
