My mom lived there for 10 years, she passed we cleaned the apartment at great expense, 2 weeks after we turned in the keys and notified them, they charged her account rent, rather then returning it to the account they issued a refund to the estate, there is no estate, yes we should have planned better but we planned on no estate, but when asking for help and just reversing the charge to the account, they said, call and lawyer and sue us, good luck. So much for the Lutheran christian mentality and sympathy, they worship the dollar. I'll be monitoring to make sure it shows in abandon property over the next years.

Worst staff ever. Never lifted a finger to help facilitate a 96 year old, wheel chair bound woman. Literally tossed her aside like she didn't matter. Never gave advice to help find a facility for her and the kicker, she is on MedicAid and MedicCare with supplementary insurance! They said she couldn't afford it, turns out...if they had done their job they would have received every cent! It's obvious that they are lazy and uncaring. DO NOT EVER APPROACH THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU HAVE $$'s to pay.
