My husband and I were very pleased with the care she received. [name removed] was not an easy person to care for and they had lots of patience with her. [name removed] did not really partake in many of the activities I think they could have offered more of a variety.

Good Life has been a blessing! I thought after losing my father I would have to worry about memory care for my mom but I was wrong. Good life has given me peace to rest at night knowing my mom is loved and cared for. Good life is so clean and it never smells bad. My mother is always spotless. My favorite thing was when we moved her in we were able to decorate her room like home. I love that I can see my mom at anytime of day. I truly recommend Good Life to anyone who has a love one in need.

I am thankful for the excellent care my mother has received at Good Life Senior Living. She is very happy there and she really enjoys her caregivers. [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful with managing her care. They are always quick to respond to any need or question we have. [names removed] are amazing with my mom and have always been very compassionate and attentive to her. All of the staff has been kind, caring, and professional. Birthdays, holidays, and other special days are observed and it is very family oriented environment. We have always felt welcomed there and are satisfied with the care that my mom receives. I know she is in safe hands and that has always been very important to me. Thank you Good Life Senior Living!!

The staff is extremely friendly, they are all very attentive. One thing I love about GoodLife is there is staff day and night as it's 24/7 care. I just have to text the head nurse any of my concerns, even down to can you check if my mother needs a glass of water, and she then puts it on their internal text board link kind of (probably like what's up WhatsApp) and she is my go to my contact person for any concerns. The food is extremely delicious, I can even eat there with her for free anytime I want. I love how small it is, there's only four dining tables going from her room to the dining room to the nice big living room. It is as if she were in her own house. There's no way she can get lost, they always know where she is at yet if she wants freedom she can go to her room and just relax. I also love the layout of her unit which is the same as the other unit where her physical therapy is twice a week. We go in the side conference room and do her exercises and then she just walks around the inside loop hallway twice and it's perfect. I would definitely recommend GoodLife, they have two identical units each houses 16 residents.

The staff at GoodLife do a great job with the limited resources they are provided. Mom is safe, clean, comfortable, and as happy as she could be without living in a home situation. That we are able to afford it without Medicaid is an absolute godsend. I am so grateful to A Place for Mom to pointing me in their direction.

A Place for Mom was a blessing - they helped us tremendously and took a lot of the stress away in finding a place for my family member. I liked Goodlife. It was a good place, and I liked that they only have I believe 16 residents. That way it's not so big, and residents got the attention they need. They had a big challenge with my MIL and her behavior, but they were up for it and demonstrated such patience and understanding. Overall I would recommend them for anyone needing a place to care for their loved one.

There was one staffer who was mean, rude and disrespectful and. - Nothing was done about it, which is a management issue. That treatment and the lack of activities led to her quick decline, as well and when she fell no one took her to ER until I demanded it - both management issues. Depressing atmosphere, nice facility and the room was very nice, food good and most staff were terrific!

I have both parents in this home. I visit every week and have great communication with the staff. Very caring staff. This facility is small and activities they offer are limited, but the staff do allow for requests.

My mom is 102 yrs old, with dementia. She has been at GoodLife for over 2 yrs now and she could not be in a better place!! The staff are wonderful, the residence is spotless, I can sleep at night knowing my mom is in the best place, and in good hands.

From the director to the nurse to the patient care staff everyone is caring and professional. The decision to place a family member in a home because you can no longer care for them yourself is a very difficult decision. So much depends on unknown things that cannot be determined in advance. But my instincts told me this was the right place and it has been all I hoped it would be.

I was greeted by supervisor and staff. The building was clean and well taken care of. Friendly staff. Large rooms. The sitting area is nice. They have out door area for nice day's. The food is good kitchen is is tidy. They have to living area's two building's. Happy we found this placey mom is doing great there. They have group activities. I recommend this place if you need a good place for a loved one.

The staff is amazing. They truly care for their residence. The love and compassion they have shows in the care they give . The facility is always extremely clean and home like feeling . I have seen different times where the residents show love to the staff and it looks very genuine.

Goodlife El Paso is outstanding in all aspects of the care our sister has had. The management, staff ,all employees are compassionate and afford the BEST care for our loved one. They continually exceed our expectations. Our sister is very happy to be part of the Goodlife family. We thank you for such wonderful care.

I think the staff is great. My major issue is their billing. The only way to pay is by cash or check. No online system. I can't use credit cards. It seems very outdated and it's a major hassle.

Everything is going well with GoodLife Senior Living, our loved one has hospice now and we were so grateful and appreciative that the staff at GoodLife were able to allow our loved one to stay in her room which she is familiar with and still receive the care needed. Everyone has been very helpful. This community is affordable for our family and we just can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating the staff have been. We would recommend GoodLife Senior Living to other families.

We love our experience here. The staff really care and love for my loved one. The staff communication with the family is excellent. We love the staff. My loved one enjoys the food served and the community provides three meals a day to the residents. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. especially with memory care needs.

GoodLife was the first facility that we went and looked at and we loved them right away. We then went and toured other places and none compared. They were the friendliest and the atmosphere was very comfortable and homey. The administrator is excellent as well as the nurse. They coordinate all of her medical care and go out of their way to include the family in everything. She has been here 3 months and we are so happy with the experience. I would absolutely recommend to others looking. The buildings are divided between assisted living and memory care. There are only 16 residents in memory care so the care individualized and there is also plenty of space for residents to walk around and for activities. They also have very good security for the buildings. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, they have a full time maintenance guy who takes care of everything and does an amazing job. We were nervous about having to move her when things get bad, but they assured us that they are able to care for residents until end of life. GoodLife is a real gem found in the northeast area.

My dad has been living at this facility for over 6 months. They have been so accommodating and caring. This is the second memory care place my dad has lived and the atmosphere is similar to a caring home. I'm glad I made the change.

It is very easy to get ahold of the Administrator and Nurse. They communicate very well with my sisters and I. We are all on the same page. The place is always clean with everything in its place when I visit. As my Dad's health deteriorates the care he receives changes as needed. I appreciate that very much. The facility is conveniently located by my home. The only thing I would recommend is more activities for the residents. Otherwise, I highly recommend this facility.

I am SO GLAD I chose Goodlife Assisted Living And Memory Care for my mom!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! At first, I got in contact with Goodlife and went for a tour. I was AMAZED!! Aside from reasonable prices, the facility is immaculate and beautiful!! The staff is so friendly!! I signed my mom up right away!! They take GREAT care of my mom! They have a Doctor, a Podiatrist and a Psychatrist that visit every month! They have activities and celebrate all events and birthdays and holidays!! They meet and exceed all my expectations everyday! I have direct access to the nurse and administrator! The nurse is so professional, kind and loving to my mom and me. She keeps me abreast of EVERYTHING. The administrator is also very professional and kind as well! They make the facility feel like home! I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mom!!
