My mom lives in assisted living here so I can only speak for that experience. She is very happy with the help she receives. She gets proper medical attention when she needs it and has been there for a year with no major issues. I work in healthcare and quite frankly this is one of the nicest places I’ve seen in the area. I don’t think it gets much better than this. It’s always adequately staffed when I’m there and they know the residents by name. There is on staff physicians, physical therapists, and even X-ray. The facility is filthy. I've never seen anything like it. The kitchen is nasty and not clean they cook food in diet grease and in diet grills food is left open and refused. They carpets are black they are so dirty. They have mice and flying insects. The linens are old and not cleaned well. The staff does not clean the residents properly. There have been major falls with serious injuries and other situations with the residents that they don't report to the state. There are no licensed nurses in the building doing care, they so quit!! That says alot!!!
