I have lived here for 8 years and I am very happy here. I have made many friends and take part in most of the activities. Our manager [name removed] is the best! Always friendly and helpful - the staff is the greatest - if you have a problem they take care of it right away.

This is a well-worn complex, with friendly and very helpful staff. Many optional activities and events offered to residents. I have resided at Fountain Hills for more than 7 years and have many good neighbors and friends. Love it here! Rural like setting is appealing.

It is the M & M place to live. M = great management that is they listen and are there to act in a positive manner. M = maintenance work is done quickly, efficiently and with a very positive attitude. Building maintenance is well planned and extended.

Fountain Hills is a wonderful place to live. Away from the city enough to enjoy less traffic and noise. The staff is great. The facility is well kept and beautiful. We are close to shopping, food stores, movie theater, hospitals and medical clinics a few minutes from I-94, restaurants. We have lived here 6 years and have no reasons to move. Many in house activities and amenities.

Over 14 years in this senior apartment facility and my husband and I appreciate our well-built and well maintained home. Our manager creatively schedules special events most are free and others are low most. Our neighbors are like family and share with consideration while respecting privacy. Our family appreciates that we are in a safe and secure apartment with amenities to enrich our retirement years.
