Great place! My parents lived here back in late 80's and 90's so I knew about Fountain Hills. Very clean and maintained and lovely co-renters. All the amenities of home ownership without the worries of maintaining the outside (grass or snow removal). Very convenient to shopping and medical facilities. Just a wonderful place to live.
