Fieldstone Memory Care of Silverdale is a stimulating memory care facility secluded in a wooded setting. The community welcomes seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia to the suburban feel of Silverdale, Washington.
Fieldstone Memory Care of Silverdale provides quality care accompanied by living accommodations. Residents receive round-the-clock care and regular check-ins from professional caregivers and on-call certified nursing staff. This care is provided in a safe environment with emergency call systems in place throughout the community. Safety continues, with every apartment including accessible showers with grab bars and emergency pull cords. All bathrooms are private, but the living spaces are offered in semi-private or private options.
The community has color-coded walls to help residents find amenities easily. Featured in the community is a stimulating indoor town square with lifelike amenities, from the movie theater to the 50s-styled diner. The community also features relaxation luxuries like the community spa and the serenity room. When residents are not enjoying these amenities, they can hang out during scheduled activities, thanks to a life enrichment director. Common pastimes include aromatherapy sessions, community outings, exercises, and more.

I toured Fieldstone Memory Care of Silverdale and the facility was very nice. It's a new facility and was pretty spiffy. I toured several in the area and this facility was one of the newest ones.

It is a brand new facility and so it's very clean and nice. The price was actually less than some other places that we looked into that were older. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Out of all of the ones I looked at, this was definitely the nicest facility. Overall the care has been good and mom really likes all the staff and they like her. It is a great location as far as Silverdale goes so I can take her out. I would absolutely recommend Fieldstone to others looking.

This isn't the cleanest community. The portions of food are too large and they are wasting food in giving the residents too much to eat. We are getting more food than we can eat. The community has lots of activities for the residents to choose from. The community was charging a fee at first for a care my loved on wasn't receiving and now they were able to correct the fee for me. They are able to provide medication management and bathing assistance as care offered for my loved one.
