This facility is a joke and the whole adminstration should be fired! .. where do I began how about the constant under staffing of nurses and aids, the food is a joke my mothers dinner consistented of a peanut butter sandwich a small milk and a 1/2 brownie .... I have witnessed the neglect by some of staff not answering patients when they push the button for help....my mother was brought to the bathroom and forgotten about several times ... And when asked who is in charge and makes the policys all you get is a smile and you have to make an appointment with the director... It took me 2 days of asking staff to shower my mom, who hadn't been showers in 7days... I would not recommend this facility for $10,000 a month stay I feel its profit over health care

This is the worst place .Close this place down. I t's been 2 years still grieving for my mom. She was so ignored pushed around .Treated very poorly. You never get an answer for your concerns just smiles which the staff is good at when you come in to this facility they are well trained in charming you but once you sign in they turn into zombies .
