Evergreen Estates is and has been locally owned and managed by experienced caring staff since 1993. Decisions about our organization are made locally by our owner and in the best interest of those whose care we have been entrusted. Our team is a group of professionals who believe we have more than a job to care for seniors. We have a vocation to do so. We are proud of the fact that some of our staff members have worked with us for more than a decade or longer.
We are Residential Care. In the state of Iowa, Residential Care is one of several levels of senior care available. Residential Care offers greater supervision than assisted living, yet its primary focus is on socialization and an active lifestyle. Our residents are independent in making their own choices and are as active as they prefer.
Evergreen Estates lll offers three different floor plans to meet your needs. Private furnished rooms with shared full bath. Private mid-size room with private full bath and Suites to accommodate couples or those who may need a little extra space. Residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings if they prefer and are encouraged to decorate their rooms...
