First impression, on tour, was good by the front office personnel. They were initially courteous with smiles. On first day of admission, noted a problem with nursing staff leaving my loved one and room floor soiled, a number of times while I was there. The bad thing is I had to repeatedly go get the nurse for help. I over looked that. During the stay, my loved one received multiple injuries, many serious. Noted some problems with little to no communication between nurses to doctor to communicated my loved one's needs. Very poor communication of facility staff from doctors to administrator down concerning questions & inquiries of my loved one care. Hard to talk to about loved one care. Continuous problem with nursing staff not noting or addressing loved ones needs/problems in a timely manner and sometimes not at all . Poor place for loved one. Not a good facility to get good quality of care, not a good place to get the best quality of life, not a safe place to leave loved one for days at a time without physically visiting daily. Facility has frequent personnel turnover. Most of staff is not nice. Some of the aides are good. Loved one Nursing is poor care. Loved one Doctor poor care. It appears that there is less interests in patient care and quality of life, but more interest in money. (Private for profit company) Final opinion, B-4-Warned. Not inviting. Admissions Office personnel make you think its a great place to put your loved ones but its not. What happens in the back, on the floor, with nursing the care is not good. Grade D-

No complaints really, just didn't APPEAR all that inviting. Staff was courteous and seemed knowledgable and helpful. Was a bit of a drive for us...but we knew that before heading out there.
