The home was clean with a scent throughout the home. Noted a few minor maintenance issues. Staff is caring and friendly. I did feel welcome. Did not ask about activities for but noted puzzles, some participants were watching TV and others were listening to music. Medication management, laundry is part of the service. There is onsite staff. Monthly MD visits, staff will take patients to MD visits.
