We removed our mother from this home after finding out that the owners had moved out and left it in the care of their young son and his girlfriend. Our mother had not been cared for properly and as a result ended up with some serious health conditions. Her medications were not managed properly, often times medications for an entire day (over 20+ pills) given to her at one time the night before for her to remember to take herself. Residents were left to clean the facility themselves which left the place in deplorable conditions due to their own physical limitations. Meals consisted of staple items such as rice and beans obtained from various food pantries that they took my mother to on several days during the month to have her collect boxes of food for the facility. Any meat that might have been collected was saved for the owners children/grandchildren. Please do not consider this facility for your loved one.
