Premium Personal Care Home

Premium personal Care home was a godsend. Hugh and his staff took great care of my mom. The setting was like a family home and not institutional at all. Mom was well cared for, clean and well fed. They helped coordinate medical visits and hospice when I came to that. My family were so pleased with this experience.

I loved the place right away. The owner met with me. I did not feel rushed. He answered my many questions and after I speak with the rest of my family, I will be ready to put down a deposit to secure the spot for my Father. After coming from a chain assisted living facility, I believe that this more intimate environment will provide him with the care that he needs and deserves.

My father was living in Premium Personal Care Home for a short time, but during his stay everything went well. The staff had great communication with me. I would always see the other residents happy. The meals were nutritious and tasty. I would recommend the community to friends and family.

They have been very communicative and we have been very pleased with them. The people they send out are always very friendly and we do not have any complaints. Very helpful and caring caregivers and staff.

I toured this home. It's modest but very clean & the owners are a husband & wife team. The husband is a nurse & they told me they are available at all times for the residents. They took time with me & were incredibly warm & welcoming. There were no odors in the home & the residents looked happy & well cared for. If you need a less expensive option & can do without the "frills" of a big assisted living, this is a place to check out.

Hugh Gray is a organized, smart, loving man. My mom has been at PPC for almost two months, she is in the later stages of Dementia. I very happy to see the kind of care that he, his helper and on weekends, his wife, give my mom on a daily basis. I understand she won't improve, but, she is stable. They keep her clean, well fed, safe and comfortable that is all I ask. He recognizes small needs that can be altered to make her more comfortable. He has high standards for himself and I like that. If mom could know him, she would like that too. I know whatever time she has left, will be good there.

Hugh, Kadene, and Lesa, at the Premium Personal Care Home, provided highly professional and loving care for my brother during the last two weeks of his earthly life. They did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible. The day before we move him to Georgia from Galveston, TX, I called Hugh and told him that we might be arriving very early in the morning, as early as two am. Hugh replied that it did not matter what time we arrived, just call him one-hour out and he would be there. When we arrived, Hugh met us and immediately made my brother feel welcome. The following day Hugh completely took over the medication needs and the scheduling of medical appointments which greatly relieved our stress. His medical knowledge and familiarity with treatment options at Kennestone Hospital were a tremendous comfort to us. Hugh’s love for Christ is apparent in the way that he provides care for each of the residents. In just a few short days I was privileged to be able to call him a friend.
