I would easily give each of them a 5 except for activities. I don't believe the ladies currently at the facility are able to mentally do much in the way of activities but they do socialize all day and watch TV together and are all very happy and always friendly and smiling. Our experience has been above and beyond what I hoped for. [name removed] and her staff are friendly, caring people. Best decision I made. But I knew it the minute I met with [name removed]. Friendly caring staff that actually care about the residents. It is more than just a job to them. They go out of their way every day to meet the needs of the residents and I can tell you my sister has been a real handful!
