I had a stroke and my life completely changed. I felt safe while there. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend but the food is not good enough for what we pay for. We picked this community, because of the ocation and availability. It is directly across from the hospital. Plus there are no assisted living in my area. Huge need for one here!

The director of Crowne Place is responsive, however the meals that they prepare for the residents could be improved on. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one was previously a resident at Crowne Place and her whole experience at this facility was great overall. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, and meals were good! My loved one chose not to participate in the activities, but what they offered looked great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family never communicated or came into contact with a single person there that was rude or ugly to us, everyone was so nice, sweet and very caring which was right on the money for us as far as we were concerned. Our loved one enjoyed the activities while he was there and he never complained about the meals. As far as improvements go - they could work on communication for their after hours staff - we understood at times it was difficult but it was still a little frustrating.

I believe this community did a great job during the COVID pandemic. The actual care about the residents. The head nurse did a great job. The staff really seemed to do as much as they could for the residents.

I made a tour to see this community. I thought they looked too much like a hospital and it had the medical atmosphere. We did not like the facility at all.
