Cobblestone Village

We have been living in Coblestone Village in Springfield, MO for a year now and are very satisfied. Nice place, lots of greenery, great service and friendly staff. We do not speak English and employees use an electronic translator when communicating with us. This caring attitude is very pleasant. There is a swimming pool, gym, hairdresser and much more, which makes our life comfortable. The residential complex is located next to a shop and a church and there is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient if you do not have a car. We highly recommend it!

The maintenance staff is always quick to respond and get things fixed. Overall I enjoy my stay here at this property. We currently are going through renovations and I will be excited for it to be completed.

I have lived here for 12 years and am very pleased with the property. There is currently construction to the outside of the buildings and I cant wait for those upgrades to be done. The maintenance staff is always quick and willing to respond to any requests.

Renewed our Cobblestone Village lease for our 4th year today. Cobblestone has affordable, very comfortable 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for those 55+, with a nice selection of amenities to enhance living in a pleasant, quiet environment. We appreciate the helpful, competent management and staff. While there is, presently, exterior construction being completed, the end result will be a safer, more attractive environment. We hope to be here for years to come.

I am so sadden by the lack of professionalism from this company and their lack of compassion about their tenants during these uncertain times. My father is in Cobblestone 55 and older apartments. During the year and half that he has been living there, the complex has been under major on going renovations. He is unable to use his patio area because of support beams had to be put in place to hold up the deck above him. We have made several maintenance request from a screen door that is falling off the hinges, torn and dirty linoleum, dirty carpet, and a shower that doesn't drain. None of these have been repaired. However, the last event has me speechless. During the pandemic my father has been unable to stay in his one bedroom 600 sq. apartment due to medical conditions. After visiting his doctor we were informed that he should not live on his own. We contacted Cobblestone and [name removed] was rude and disrespectful to our family. We tried reaching out to the Wooten company main office for assistance but received no return phone call or email for a week. When finally speaking with [name removed], she asked "why would I call you back". She was above unprofessional and disrespectful. We were simply asking that they allow us to not pay for another month's rent. We were giving a 29 day notice instead of the 30. Even with a doctor's note there was absolutely no compassion or concern for my father's well being. The rudeness, disrespect, and lack of professionalism from [names removed] is deeply troubling. I think [name removed] stated it best when she said " I am the BOSS". I am sorry that the Wooten Company has placed people in charge of their company that has no compassion for it's tenants.

I have lived here going on 3 years. Reasonable price. Very quiet here except for when they do construction. It's clean and has a nice pool. Good maintenence. Lots of activities. Nice seniors. Great location with stores nearby and places to eat out. Im enjoying it.

this is a terrible place . we have been here for about 10 months . first night here our car was broken into , problems with the garage door not opening twice this has happened air conditioner stopped working . they flooded our apt. it took us a week to get it dried and we moved our mattress and other things back . now we are living in a construction zone while they try to rebuild the poor construction from before . every one in here has problems with donna the manager , they say doesnt do any good to contact her on anything . my experience has been she talks over you acts like u have no importance at all . ive called the office left messages to return my call , not always does she

I toured 3rd floor apartment accessed by elevator. Bright, small living area. Facility seemed to need maintenance in some areas . Long walk to apartment. Nice common area and activities.

My mother said Cobblestone Village is the best place she has ever lived in her life! She loves the apartment itself, and the people there are all super friendly and helpful. They take great care of the residents, watching after them and making sure they are ok. She just loves everything about it! My mom is 86, and I almost think this place has added 20 years to her life she's so happy! The staff is really great and to be highly commended!

Everything is fine. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. They don't have meals here it's just an apartment complex. They have mostly lived up to what I was expecting. I would give them about a four.

Cobblestone Village is beautiful senior living complex! Each unit is equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer hook-ups! The apts. are spacious and the balcony is a major plus for those enjoying the outside... weather permitting! Of course, the swimming pool is a major asset! Cobblestone is conveniently located to grocery stores, businesses and many eateries! It is also very close to the interstate! I cannot say enough good things regarding the helpfulness of the business administrator, Donna, who was extremely efficient with the application process and everything went smoothly and quickly for the move-in process! If you are fortunate to be part of this community, I know you will be blessed!

Mom is very excited to be going to Cobblestone. She counts the days. Donna at Cobblrstone is so helpful and a real sweetheart . Mom is looking forward to meet people and have a nice home.
