Cobblestone Village

I looked at several apartments before I chose Cobblestone Apartments. I was on a wait list for 2 or 3 months before I was able to move in. It was worth the way. Some reasons why I chose Cobblestone is the apartment was vey clean when I moved in and furnished with a refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers. The property is safe. The property is very well maintained and updated. The grounds are well kept. There is plenty of parking. The grounds are also well lit at night. We are close to shopping and. several nice restaurants in the area.

I enjoy Cobblestone. I certainly appreciate the time and effort the office staff,[names removed] and (recently retired) [name removed] make to enable us to live in a comfortable manner. The pool area is an added bonus. I also enjoy having a coffee/"game" room. The location couldn't be better. A grocery store, banks, dentist, beauty salon, restaurants and auto service station are all very close by.

I enjoy that everyone here is very friendly. When I first moved here everyone invited m to play cards in the clubhouse along with many other activities. We have exercises available almost every day. They offer coffee in the mornings to sit and chat around the table with. There is a beauty shop too. We are very close to many shops and eateries. If there is something further away we also have the options of public bs transportation, the Oats bus, or a taxi!

I lived here for a few years now and really enjoy the privacy it offers. The parking lot is big so I can always park close to my apartment, never too far of a walk. I also enjoy the 55 and up aspect of the complex too.

I have lived at Cobblestone for a long time. I chose this property for the location. We have great access to churches and grocery stores. The freeway is extremely close and easy to access. I am a consistent user of the gym which is open to all tenants. I feel very safe at this property too. One of my most favorite things is the ability to have a garage.

I have lived at Cobblestone for several years now and enjoy my stay. The is always kept nice and clean. [name removed] is very helpful and efficient with planning events now that things are normal since COVID. The neighbors are friendly so there is always someone to talk to. We are close to churches, Steak and Shake, and Price Cutter. There is also a gym in the clubhouse for residents too.

I live at Cobblestone Village with my wife and we enjoy the friendly people here. The parking lot is big so there is plenty of parking. Maintenance is excellent as they always take care of problems if there are any. The kitchen comes with all appliances you may need. You have quick access to highway 65. Conveniently close to Dr. offices, hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Although there is quick access to those things it is a quiet place.

I’ve been a resident at Cobblestone for close to a year now and it’s been a wonderful experience. I have a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a fantastic view of the pool from my balcony! The management and staff are wonderful too. They are friendly and very helpful. There’s a clubhouse with a fitness room, a pool table and activities like Bingo, Trivia, Cards, Dominoes and a weekly Bible study. I’m very content here!

I am signing my 4th lease this week. My wife and I really like the sort of "one stop shopping" that cobblestone Village provides. Great staff that have attended every minor maintenance problem promptly. The "new look" renovations are really awesome. The pool and clubhouse provide activities and is a great way to meet neighbors. Lastly the well lit stairways and hallways provide a sense of security. All in all a great community to live in.

Cobblestone is a place for seniors to have nice and affordable housing. They have been upgrading the outside of the buildings. When finished with outside upgrades they will start to work on all of the landscaping too.

I have lived at this property for several years and have enjoyed my stay. I love the friends I have made here at Cobblestone. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It is a very peaceful and quiet place to live. Although I am unable to attend activities anymore they were always nice when I was able to attend.

Cobblestone is very well lit at night and parking is close to the apartments. The staff is very knowledgeable. All the neighbors are friendly. We have tons of activities including live music and birthday parties. The apartments are close to everything including restaurants, banks, and grocery stores.

Cobblestone is close to everything. The people here are kind. We are allowed to have pets. The property is quiet and peaceful. There is lots of swimming and fun with COVID restrictions.

The people that live here are wonderful. The upgrades to the exterior of the building will make things amazing. the pool is nice for the summer time and is always clean. I enjoy our activities that are held in the clubhouse. We get together and play games such as cards and dominos. We have bbq grills provided to us residents too.

The pool is relaxing and nice, makes you feel like you're at a resort. The landscape is always pretty and neat. It is nice to walk around and see the flowers and freshly mowed grass. It is quiet and peaceful here. There are many activities, games, and exercises allowing for friendly interaction and is a great way to make good friends.

The pool is great for summer. I like the new patios that have been completed. Maintenance is quick is respond to any requests. Cobblestone is a friendly place to live. Every building has an elevator which makes it easy to live on any floor. I also love the new patios.

Cobblestone Village is a friendly place. [names removed] are nice people and work hard to keep this place nice. Activities are awesome especially playing bingo. The place is always kept clean.

I like the maintenance here at Cobblestone. They are always able to complete things in a timely manor. The employees are always friendly. The location of the property makes it very easy to access anything you might need. All of the neighbors are friendly and willing to help in any way that they can.

I love the people who make cobblestone work so well. They will keep you busy with a variety of great activities. Have a problem come up in your apartment? Call maintenance and its fixed before you know it. Everything is so convenient. Walmart delivers groceries, price cutter is right across the street. Everything is right at your finger tips.

The complex is currently going through renovations and I am excited to see what the results are. Cobblestone is a pet friendly complex. We are all over 55 here so it is quiet and calm place to live. The view from my apartment is wonderful when sitting on my porch.
