I was not able to visit the communities when looking for somewhere to go. The description that was gave to me was amazing and I went with it. The outside is amazing and the inside is well kept but the problem is that this was promoted as a 55 + community but it is really 85 + I am very active in comparison to other residents. This is for someone that is more inactive and may need more assistance. I am lost here and people don't come out of their apartments to interact.

I really like living at. Clear Creek Commons. It is independent living at its best. While no meals are provided, there is a service one can use. Housekeeping every 2 weeks, in suite washer and dryer, full kitchen, Friday happy hour, planned excursions, very friendly and helpful office staff, a van for appointments scheduled twice a week, all utilities and basic extended cable are part of the rent, and a great location on Clear Creek in downtown Golden, CO.

This felt like just an expensive apartment. They don't have a good food solution either.
