I went to go see the apartment. And filled out paperwork. The lady who showed me the apartment called me with in an hour and told me I had the apartment and she needed a1000 dollars to keep it for me as I was moving from Wyoming and need the time to move. A week later I asked if I could move in a week earlier as my movers could only move me on the weekend. They told me that the owner had seen my application and wanted not only the money from the 25 until the end of the month but also wanted a full years rent. I have never heard of such a thing. If I were the owner, I would definitely look into this

I am having to move my parent out. They are elderly and have to use a device to get around. The manager has taken it apron him self to disable the board to that you can let someone in the security door. Now people have to go down and let them in the door. That is after they have been called to let them know they are there. My parents phone needed to be charged and they could not be reached. Another resident let me in. This is such a safety hazard and possible ADA violation. But we are not taking the chance and will be moving as soon as possible.

Manager charges for garages when you sign the lease but it has to be cash. That 100 dollars goes in his pocket. He charges for repairs so that money goes in his pocket. He doesn’t like to rent apartments because he is renting the extra garages or storing his junk cars in them. He just turned off the door intercom system so no one can let anyone in or talk and see who is at the door. You can’t receive packages that need to be signed for because the buzzer and intercom system is off . If you have an emergency you won’t know when help arrives because the door system is off. If your family comes over they had better have a key. I bet this winter he turned off the boiler so he doesn’t have to go over the bills for heating. You never see them vacuuming only happens if lucky once every 3 months. They are also suspected of entering apartments when people are on vacations. If you move in make certain you have a place to lock up anything of value and put up cameras.

I was told they would replace the worn out carpeting before I moved in, they didn't. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. I haven't had water to one of my toilets for a year, my other toilet has a broken seat and runs constantly. The exterior wall is cracked letting my interior wall get wet. Half my doors don't shut. Didn't have heat all winter and now during the summer the heat won't shut off. Maintenance guy charges for repairs that should be included. If he has to actually do any work he acts like a spoiled baby cussing at the residents. Complained to the owner and his response was "it's easier to find new tenants than maintenance guys". Really!!??
