I went to visit a family member a few weeks ago and I noticed he hadn’t been shaved in a long time, I spoke to the director and she said she would have the bath aide do it. Came back a couple days later and it still wasn’t done. Also during lunch time the two lady’s in the kitchen were bad mouthing residents and other staff, not something the residents and family want to hear. The place seemed pretty clean but very dated.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They seemed to interreact well with the residents and have a genuine care and concern for them. Seems to have good structure and activities. On the downside, facilities somewhat dark, dismal, small rooms.
