Overall we were very happy with the community, and we do think the care our loved one received was great. At times there could of been more staffing but that was no fault of the community we understand every place is struggling with staffing. Our loved one was difficult at times and they still provided great care. Some reason why we picked this community was location, the size, and they had a physician's assistant as apart of the group and we found that to be very meaningful. They are great. My loved one likes the food. It smells and looks good. They offer quite a bit of activities, and have a full schedule. Overall, my loved one is well cared for, and I trust in the staff with, handling both the residents and my loved one.

I have told lot of my friends that it is great. My mother is getting great care here, and I'm happy she is here. I can't speak highly enough of the community. The communication with the staff is immediate, we are able to text back and forth. They had a derby day, made crazy hats, and horse races for the Kentucky Derby. For Cinco De Mayo they had a huge celebration with a band so this was held outside to allow the residents not to panic during a evucation drill. The manager does everything right. The activities director is great! The care workers are kind and smile, overall they are amazing!

I am a hospice RN who has had the opportunity to work with the great team at Canyon Valley. They show love and compassion for all of their residents. Working with them is an extension of my team with everyone wanting the best possible for residents. Communication, help, knowledge and caring makes them all a great group!

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are doing a wonderful job with her care she is always saying how much she enjoys there company. They have just hired a new activity director so I am looking forward to mom getting involved in the new things they come up with for the residents. She has had no complaints about the meals and is enjoying her dinning experience.

Before choosing a community for my mother, I also toured Canyon Valey Memory Care. I had a good tour, they were able to answer my questions and give me good information. The facility was clean and maintained well.

My father in law is very happy here at this community. Excellent staff members that are outstanding. He is very happy with all the meals and the variety . Alot of activities for him to participate in. Very clean community inside and out. Highly recommended to others for great care.
