Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living

My mother has expressed that the menu is not always to her liking. Although, she can choose from a separate menu if she wants. I wish there was a way to encourage my mother to take part in more activities but you will not. I would say that Cambridge enhanced Senior Living would receive a four. We have found that 95% of staff are welcoming, always smiling, and eager to assist. There is one more concern that we had and it has to do with the turnover of staff. Been six people who left or were replaced. This includes nursing staff and management.

Cambridge has been wonderful! My brother in law is so happy there. I looked at so many other places, and you were all so helpful. Cambridge is a winner!!

The assisted living operation is outstanding. But we had a horrible experience with the rehab operation. I would recommend this assisted living facility to others.

The cleanliness of establishment overall was good, but while in assisted living, my MIL was stubborn and refusing to wear diapers. Her room stank horribly as her furniture and clothing were always soiled with urine. They said they had no control if she refused, but it was very disturbing

The Senior Living Advisor, [name removed] at Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living in Moorestown, NJ is awesome. [name removed] has years of experience and is very knowledgeable with resources, information and is helpful and patient to help guide families in the decision process. She has made herself available to us in so many ways during this challenging journey. We loved our personal tour at Cambridge as she made us feel welcomed. We are so thankful and appreciate her work and willingness to help us during this time. I would recommend [name removed] and the Cambridge community to others who are looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

I would recommend the facility to others. Communications are good. The only disappointment has been the lack of outings. They have been without a bus driver since summer and so they are not running the weekly shopping trips that they promoted. Staffing shortages also make service slow at many meals.

Staff is helpful, facility is nice, overall experience has been very good. The community is immaculately clean. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Care seems to be very good. Great activities keeping the members busy and engaged.

Our father moved into Cambridge earlier this year, and we've been thrilled with the level of care, expertise, and communication from everyone on staff. After three months, we can confidently say that Dad's condition has improved both physically and mentally. Our family is grateful to have found Cambridge, and recommend them highly to anyone who finds themselves in the midst of this very difficult decision.

We left after a few months. Our loved one is now at [community name removed] and doing much better. Everything about the Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living community they could make improvements on.

They care and are very kind to the residents and family. They had a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment available at the right time along with extremely helpful staff that answered all our questions. It is expensive, but mom is doing great so it is all worth it! I would definitely recommend Cambridge Enhanced Living to others.

I have very positive things to say about Cambridge Enhanced Senior Living. When we do run into glitches, the staff is always happy to try to find solutions. The staff is accessible. When I was away and Dad was struggling, they contacted me. They are always happy to listen to all his concerns, large and small. While no place is perfect, Cambridge has heart and is well worth the price for the genuine care they provide.

My mom joined the Cambridge community in December, and after a brief adjustment period is doing wonderful. I can’t say enough about the staff and caregivers at Cambridge. They have been warm and welcoming from our first visit, and have made my mom feel comfortable in her new surroundings. My mom is 95, and had previously been living independently. Moving to Assisted Living after a small stroke was quite a change for her. Everyone at Cambridge, including the residents, have eased that transition.

I was exhausted being a caregiver. Between the medication for an array of ailments plus dementia I felt I had reached my limitations. Professional skilled care by a staff that included her Primary Doctor and Psychiatric Doctor along with dementia trained nursing and health aid care was needed. While I had great success using a nursing outfit Mon to Fri while I worked, the nights a d weekends were too much for me to handle by myself. Mom entered Cambridge Crossing. Due to the adjustment my mother is having a hard time adjusting and is a challenge. Her medication has, and still is, being adjusted according to daily reports between the Wellness Director and the nurses, and aides. The Wellness Director discusses my mom's circumstances with the Doctors so appropriate changes are made. Even the Administrator immediately worked with maintenence to install overhead lighting after I merely mentioned to the staff member that my mom has macular degeneration. I am very happy with my choice!

They were kind enough to provide me a last minute tour. Wonderfully knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Building was immaculate. Numerous activities. Very nice dining room. Got a lot of info and they are very willing to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended!

My loved one very much enjoys the food, and enjoys the activities as well. We are satisfied with everything. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

From Cambridge: [name removed] in Admissions was SO knowledgeable and helpful!!!!! She answered all my questions about facilities with ease and patience. How reassuring! [name removed], the senior care advisor called me and texted me for days as she helped me through tough decisions. It was wonderful to have someone who knew what they were doing and really cared!!!!

I think they do well with answering questions and communicating especially with family members. They email and do monthly zoom meetings for families which is nice. They do a great job of maintaining the facility. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. One thing that needs improvement is staffing levels, it is clear that they do not have enough care aides but I'm sure that that is the case in most places these days. My father complains about having to wait for help to and from meals, and what was promised as a big selection at meal time sounds like it is not that. I've heard that in the past they used to provide meals on my father's floor and on the floor above, which would have been very convenient. But due to staffing problems, they now only have meals on the upper floor and it upset my father that he would have to go to a different floor to eat meals.
