I have come to visit at diff times and days and the staff is always busy. I feel confident in the floor supervisor to handle meds and food allergies. Only a couple times have I needed to bring something to their attention. The staff does keep a close watch on the memory care side of who comes and goes to protect the seniors. My mom was very agitated at first but now has settled into a routine and I finally can get a full night's sleep at home with her in 24 hr care there. Because of COVID resurgence most activities have been curtailed. I have a to-do box in Mom's room for her when she is bored. The blinds let lots of light into a big bedroom. The director was very helpful in the transition.

The cost for me was high,but [name removed] went right to work to help me get the extra funds, I had previously told her I would place my husband there immediately,but I didn't have the extra funds, I give all the workers there a big 10, although my husband didn't stay there very long before he passed away, I am so thankful he got the excellent care he needed there before we had to say goodbye,my husband was a veteran and they gave him the walk of honor,so touched our hearts, such beautiful and caring people,will always appreciate their help.

My family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with Cambridge Court. We are very happy our loved one is here. The staff are supportive, caring, and kind. They make sure to keep in contact with the family, even though, we are out of town. The staff lets us know of any changes to our loved one's health or behavior. Memory care is as well as can be expected. Probably better than most. Their hallway is wide and open. There's plenty of room for the patients to walk around or sit in recliners. It is expensive, but care means a lot to our family. Remember this is overall for memory care. Sort of expensive, but the care is better than most other homes.

This may be common to all facilities right now, but it seems like staffing shortage seems to be an issue that is in turn affecting care. The staff is friendly and they do care a lot, they are just limited in what they can do. We were under the impression there would be 2-3 nurses on site and it turns out that no one on staff is an actual nurse. They have to call corporate in order to get a real nurse out there.

My mom resides on the Independent Living side and she loves it! Things that stood out to us about this facility: proximity to our house, cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility, it smells good, talking to the residents who told us they loved it here. Meals, housekeeping, and utilities are included (not out of pocket). My mom recently moved from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom unit and they moved her from one to the other, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!

It takes time for your loved one to settle in and for the staff to get to know them. Don't make hasty judgments, especially if your loved one goes in to memory care! Memory care residents take longer to adjust and may complain at first. Our previous experience with another facility was a nightmare. Cambridge Court is such an improvement!!

We picked this location because, they are in Mesquite, close to family and familiar to my loved one. Also, the staff worked diligently to get her placed quickly. I went with Cambridge Village because they had everything I needed. I have a full size kitchen and the size of the rooms in the cottage are great. I also have my own backyard and garage. The meals are chef prepared. They do bring the food to my cottage so I don't have to go to the dining hall. I would most definitely recommend them to others.
