Brookdale Tamarac Square

I love living at Brookdale. I think the world of all the staff and I feel like the residents are my family.

Probably wondering why I give it a "5" based on other scores. This is my 3rd community in 6 years. I've been here 1 year and intend to stay. The nurse left off residents. Some weakness are fallout from COVID 19. The ones that are left are fixable of time. Meantime, you're find other friends. Cant beat that. My new forever home!!

I am very pleased with my decision to come here. Meeting lots of residents, enjoying activities and meals. It is very clean. Staff clean and vacuum floors before residents are out and about in the morning. Apartments are cleaned weekly. All staff very approachable and happy to inform/ assist etc. Meals are varied, well prepared and served. Resident opinions and suggestions are welcomed at a weekly meeting with the chef. Quite a variety of activities, physical, mental, social, creative. Schedules posted and available to take home. For me it's very close to the cost for me to live in my own home but without all the work !

I have been here for a little over year. I like it here. The staff is very helpful, caring, and do everything to make the residents welcome and comfortable. Even the food has improved a lot. Made friends.

A fabulous place to live. I am absolutely thriving.

Inside is a 5 outside in parking lot needs lots of improvement.

I am new here but what I see and hear is that the people I have seen want to please the service here. Some can be please and some comfort be pleased probably never.

I like the fact that she can go and have good meals twice a day and that she is driven to her doctors appointments. They also have weekly outings to different store that makes it very convenient. Also, they clean her apartment once a week with basic beds and vacuuming type stuff.

Every time I enter - someone greets me by name. My brother is very happy at Brookdale. He is finally meeting new people & reaching out to participate in more activities. Thank you!

It needs good communication in the any of services areas and following up with progress!!! It needs to evaluate by residents inputs on each categories!

My wife and I have lived at Brookdale for three years now! We just LOVE it! We like the staff, we like the residents, and we like the many activities. It is hard to measure the excellent attention and spirit of this community, but is so high it tops other independent living communities by a long ways. We highly recommend it!

Management is superior, the director, sales, transportation, meals, and front desk go beyond to make residents feel comfortable and special. I moved from another senior living place but this one is better and more comfy.

Staff is professional and helpful in every way. All of staff smile and seem to enjoy their jobs. They all do a hell of a job! Their chef really does a good job working within people's diets and likes.

I think its a very nice place to live. They are great to take us to stores & appointments. Help us if we need with something.

I love living at Brookdale. I feel that everyone here is my family. I wouldn't want to live any place else. There isn't anything the staff wouldn't do for us.

All of the people here are very friendly. There are also many activities to do onsite from bingo to wii bowling to bridge and poker. They also have a lovely store which I just love to go visit often. I like to do bingo and wii bowling every week.

after living at Brookdale for 2 year I find it meets all my needs and provides sufficient needs including transportation, entertainment, physical conditioning and mental stimulating programs as well

I moved from a senior living facility in Denver to Brookdale Tamarac Square two year ago. I am well pleased with the Brookdale facility and appreciate the staff that greets the residents with friendly smile
