ALL of the caregivers, nurses and staff went above and beyond in being there, not only for my dad’s care, but also for my mom and my family’s emotional care. They were ALWAYS there for us. They took the most excellent care of my Dad. We really got to know them all and we love them. My Dad was happy there. My family was extremely happy with the excellent level of care he received. We would highly recommend Brookdale Peachtree to anyone and everyone that are looking for a home for their loved one that is diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.... Read more

Brookdale recently made Medline the adult diaper/pull-up only they put on residents unless you order your own outside of them. Medline products now make the residents smell like urine which is awful. Overall, thankful this facility is in Statesville because there is no other choice in the immediate area comparable to them.

My mother has been at Brookdale 1 year. She is very happy and content with her living arrangements. She seems to be pleased with her experiences and she raves over the staff. At the moment she has a roommate.

I toured Brookdale Peachtree. It was very expensive and still smelled bad. My tour lady was very pushy. She called and text me several times a day, even after I told her that I had found another place. The facility smelled very badly of urine.

My loved one moved to Brookdale Peachtree not too long ago and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The director of marketing and admissions that helped us get her all moved in was tremendous to work with and made things so easy on us. This is a facility that I would highly recommend to anyone looking, it has been awesome.

Of course there is still frustrations around all the covid restrictions that are still in place, however our loved ones basic needs are being met and we are able to visit. The staff has been friendly and we do love the fact even though it is memory care, but we love the fact there are other people in this community with our loved one that is around the same stage she is in.
They have a locked memory care unit. I was impressed with the community during the tour.
Our loved one does seem to be fed well even though he will say at times the food is not good, but he also said our home cooking wasn't good so we take that information with a grain of salt. We have not seen to many activities going on right now. It is expensive but when you have to take care of your loved one yourself with dementia, the value for cost is worth it. They have whole team there that specializes in this type of care. We do overall like Brookdale, they have taken good care of our loved one and we know he can be very challenging at times.

We had a very good tour with Brookdale Peachtree. We did not choose this facility due to the higher cost as well as you had to provide a lot of things for your loved ones on your own that was not included.
