Brookdale Peachtree (AL)

I would NOT recommend Brookdale Peachtree, unless the current management were fired and replaced!!

Brookdale Peachtree is a wonderful place. The employees are so caring. My mother loves it. The food is okay. Nothing exciting. Communication was a learning curve, but are getting there. All and all, I would definitely recommend them. They do only her laundry and return it to her room. They help make up her bed. She is in a wheelchair, so see needs assistance using the toilet, showers etc. They take her to her Dr. Appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Otherwise, I have arrange for a transport.

Our family had to make the hard decision to move our mother here. This is a fabulous facility. They care for her. Wash her clothes, they take road trips, take her to office appointments. She loves kick ball and has made lots of new friends.

Great experience. My mom has been at Brookdale since [date removed]. Staff is kind and helpful. Activities are enriching and appropriate, fun! Atmosphere is pleasant and positive. My family is pleased.

Toured the facility, the visit was not rushed, all questions answered. Everyone professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Move in was easy, smooth, uneventful. My relative fel welcomed and staff was easy to talk to. Food is good. Facility is clean and well kept.

Highly recommend Brookdale Peachtree. The staff truly cares about their residence. I love how they keep the residents engaged with activities throughout the day!! The facility is always very clean! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile! Also, I love to see the residents in the lobby, listening to music, Informational, or just hanging out!

This community is full of love for their residents! I have visited both the assisted living and the memory care communities. I was very pleased with everyone I encountered. The residents were friendly and were happy with their surroundings and environment.

The staff at Brookdale Peachtree is very engaged with the residents. Everyone that I encountered from the administration, to the sales team, chef, activities and maintenance directors and caregivers seemed genuinely interested in the well-being of the residents. The community was also very clean and attended to.

I have experienced first hand how much this community cares for their residents. They treat the residents as they would their own parents, would highly recommend this community to any family of friend!

When you walk into this community you feel at home and welcome! You can see how much staff love and enjoy the residents. Residents seem to be happy and always put together! Not only do I work here I would also place a loved one here!

They need to improve with, management supervision & sufficient & trained staffing. It's not acceptable! I picked this community because of the location.

I would recommend you visit this community. The service, food, and friendliness is better here prior to another community. I would also recommend you speak to [name removed], she has been wonderful to us. Some of the activities they have include bingo, arts and crafts, library, and more for the residents to choose from. This is the perfect size for my loved one.

Corporate is absolutely horrible. They have no concern for the residents whatsoever. They send out nasty letters to the residents about throwing them out even though the bills are paid. It was very disturbing. Even after we took our loved one out and moved her, they called her telling her she was due on bills even though all was paid. They would never talk to us personally and would just send these letters. The sales pitch to get you in here is all peaches and cream, but once you get in here that is not the case.

Very nice!! the list of activities, and the fact that they have daily bible study, would be something my mom would be interested in. However, even with the Veterans Assistance, I doubt seriously that we could afford to place my mom here. She would love it, but even selling her home, would only allow her to live there no more than 3 years, and then what? we would be out of money

It is very stressful on families having to make decisions to place their Mom in an assisted living facility. Brookdale Peachtree in Statesville has the most caring staff that cares for my Mom! With their support, the activities they do, the outside groups from schools, churches, civic groups, etc., my Mom is kept busy and "loved on" while I continue my need to work. The "new home" for my Mom is always clean, is seasonally decorated, has a great chef and food, the hair salon keeps my Mom's hair looking nice, the medical team and housekeeping team and others provide for her needs. Lastly, in between my 600 mile roundtrip visits every 4 to 6 weeks, I get to see my Mom participating in activities via Facebook and through phone calls from the staff! ?

I am very pleased with the care my mother is getting here, the staff is working well with the Hospice care givers and most of all my mom seems happy here. There is a nice secured patio that she enjoys going out on and there are 2 dining area's in the memory care area for her to choose from. My mom even got to bring some of her own furniture for her room so it feels more like home to her. They do keep her busy during the day with specialized activities and she likes the church services as well.

Everything has been going great. Everything has been just awesome. My in laws have been getting involved with the exercise group and with the singing that they provide. The community is always clean and neat and the food is just excellent. We love it and so do my in laws.

All is well for my mother since her move to this community. They are caring for her and her needs very well. The staff is wonderful.

My tour of the Brookdale Peachtree went well, the place was nice and the people were friendly. We ended up going with a different community because the Brookdale was just too big. We wanted something smaller and more home like.
