Brookdale Panama City

The staff at Brookdale was very kind and took care of our grandmother until the end. During her time there she enjoyed the meals and friends she did make. The nurses were very helpful. We always felt like we could ask them questions

It's close to me so I can visit more often. My loved one is happy there. That's all that matters to me.

I visited my Great Aunt here at Brookdale in Panama City. I walked into a warm, friendly community with active seniors having fun. It was really great to see everyone smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves. My Aunts apartment was decorated just like her home and she was very happy. Grateful to staff for making her feel like family.

Everyone here is real nice. From the staff, to the residents and even to their families. We all take care of each other. We all became family. We like to have fun and do things together. I recommend it.

We picked because of the location, and it is very welcoming.

When I went to visit my Grandma at Brookdale Panama City, I experienced that the staff is very helpful and very nice. The place is clean and safe and everybody is very friendly. I would recommend this community.

Having moved to Brookdale in mid-July 2021, I have found a very comfortable, attractive and extremely congenial home. The management and all professional staff are most excellent and I am quite happy here.

I visited my loved one here recently and was so happy to see that they are living in such a wonderful Community. Everyone is so nice and friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. Community is clean and well taken care of.

From my personal experience, this is a very satisfactory community. Community is clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a Community. I don't receive care so I cant comment on that but everything appears to be good.

This is a very involved place. Everyone always has a moment to spend with someone which is very important in a care environment like this. Staff will take their time with you and there is lots to do.

What I can tell you is that if you are looking for a Community, you will find no better place to live than Brookdale Panama City. Everyone is very nice and they take great care of everyone. I really wanted to be here.

If you have to move into a Community, this is a great place to be! I tell everybody the same thing who asks me. Everyone is real nice and treat me real good! I have lived here for 15 months and will stay here as long as I can.

We chose Brookdale Panama City because all of the things above. The cleanliness, friendliness of staff members, and my mother in law just loves it. She is so happy and content here and we are so pleased. I would recommend to others looking.

The rooms at Brookdale were more on the smaller side, and it seemed like the Alzheimer's residents were kept unattended. This community seemed almost dark, and did not have a warm and welcoming feeling. In comparison to other places it was more expensive.

Horrible staff, you are just a number very rude and evil people that work there. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.

The food is very small portions and not the best. i had to make sandwiches for my mother for snacks as the food was not pleasant to look at or eat. When Corporate or a review was coming, the food miraculously got good! As soon as they were gone, the food quality was gone also. :-(

This was our first visit to an assisted living facility. [Name removed] was a wealth of information and helped us get a good start on our decision making. She showed us a studio apartment, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom. They all seemed small, but clean and well maintained. The price for a one-bedroom was well over our budget, and after visiting subsequent facilities we have decided to explore independent living rather than assisted living.

This was nice clean place. The director was very nice and answered all questions. He explain that they are doing cosmetic work in the hall ways. I just fell that this being a nice place the cost is way to much for my mom.

I really liked this community in fact so much I had placed a deposit with them. The staff was wonderful very nice and friendly. The community has been updated so it looks really nice very clean and modern. We would have placed my mom here but it turned out they had too much of a waiting list and I needed something sooner than later.
