Brookdale Lake Tavares

Great place to have a relative. Staff is very caring. I'd do the same thing again if I had to...

Brookdale values their residents. It is evident in the kindness shown from the front desk, to the dining area staff, to the nurses, and management. They maintain communication with family members, and have professionally handled conflicts that have arisen between my mother and other residents - which are bound to happen. I am pleased that my mother is in a living situation that keeps her social, and all of her needs are met.

It's a beautiful place, but it didn't fulfill all the needs we had. She had issues that the staff were unable to handle. I think they need to be more up front. And just the entrance fee is too high. We told the facility but they could only do so much.

I have only been here a week, but everything is good.

This place is for my best friend of 62 years. She is happy at Brookdale. Great place. Excellent staff delicious food and very helpful with needs.. I have eaten their myself but she always mentions how good the food is and the staff. I can attest to the staff and the cleanliness of the community.

This was a very nice place with a friendly staff who were always willing to help.We didn't really have much exposure for meals and dining.

We picked this community, because the value was better for what was included. They also had a special on his room. The people there are really nice. Building is older, but well kept. He has his own space. All is all, affordable and decent care. It is an older building and needs some updates.

I rate Brookdale Lake Tavares excellent after several weeks of residency. I can recommend this facility, without hesitation, to any senior citizen.

Brookdale Lake Tavares was the third Assisted Living place I had looked into. I was impressed because it was very clean and everyone made me feel so welcome. I then went and looked at a couple more. Came back to Brookdale because of atmosphere and friendliness. This was the place I wanted to call home.

I have visited many places for my brother to move into. From the time I walked in, I knew this was the place. I thank everyone in Brookdale Lake and would recommend to other people.

My mother is a recent resident at the Brookdale Lake Tavares Senior Living. We are so thankful to [name removed] for the warmth, compassion, and professionalism she provided to us. My wife and I were feeling overwhelmed in trying to find an affordable yet comfortable place for my mom. The sales manager was so generous with her time in meeting with us at our convenience, showing us multiple options, and she was there to support us through the entire process. We had so many questions, and she always answered promptly and made us feel like family in how she showed genuine care for us. She went above and beyond, and now my mom is safe and comfortable in her new assisted living apartment. The entire staff does a great job in providing daily support, which allows mom to live as independent as possible. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful, and we've eaten meals there several times. The food is good, and it is nice to see residents have 24/7 choices and access. [name removed] and her team make it feel like home!

We didn't look any place else. I liked the apartment right away, it was just what I needed. I fell in love right away with the sales manager. Right away I adjusted to the change.
