Brookdale Eddy Pond East

Yes it was a good fit for my wife and I to stay in the same apartment. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend it but warn them that elder care gets expensive quickly.

The atmosphere is very good. My mother's room is very nice. She has a nice 1 bedroom with a living/kitchenette area with a good size bath. My parents were in a 2 bedroom 2 bath which was very comparable in price to other places. 2 bedrooms were hard to come by and we didn't see any other places that offered 2 baths. When my father died, we moved my mother to a 1 bedroom. Although my mother wishes she could be in her house, she is better here where she has made some friends and has some activities other than just with family members. She now realizes she is better off here. She does like her little apartment. The food is up and down as they have problems keeping people. Probably like anywhere else.

Experience has been good. They are very responsive to our questions. The price is the only issue as it increases every year, but probably the same everywhere. Still reasonable for what they are supplying.

My mom has been residing at Brookdale Eddy East in Auburn, MA since February and this is was a good move for her. She loves it there, and is happy with all. The place is very clean, excellent staff , and they provide good meals and activities. I would highly recommend this place for someone who is in need of transitioning their lifestyle to assisted living. Could not have made a better choice for my mom.

Every staff member has been so friendly and helpful, always responsive to questions in a very timely manner. We have not had one concern or complaint about anything. My family member has needed modification to diet and they couldn't be more accommodating. In comparison to other facilities I toured the price was significantly less and I doubt the care would have been any better. Very high marks to all.

In the couple of days it was average and after that there's was no communication at all. They decided my loved one was not appropriate for the property and they could not stay. That was only communicated to the hospital staff and even after my calling and leaving messages I did not and have not after several weeks gotten a call back to say my loved one could not stay. I simply received a refund in the mail!

What we really like about Brookdale Eddy Pond East are the staff - they are very friendly and have been very cooperative in dealing with our loved one which can be challenging at times. The staff have been very patient and accommodating and based on the experience we have had so far we would highly recommend this community to other families.

No one has sanitation. Put the pills in her hand and give it to them.

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Love the rides to medical on Monday and Tuesday and good bus driver. Activities have really picked up.

[Name Removed] needs an assistant. The days without an activity director are long for some of the residents! Meals have improved.

This is a very pleasant community to live in. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The grounds are very nice and the food is good.

I've lived here almost five years. I feel very fortunate to live here; The staff and workers extend themselves and are personable. Each day has a variety of activities offered. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable.

On the most part, this home (Brookdale) has been a good replacement and decision to replace my previous were I was done and at risk of injury from falling and family not being in the immediate area. Thank you.
