What we like the most about Brookdale East Tucson is how kind everyone was to the whole family. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I am very pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Brookdale East Tucson. Most importantly, my loved one really loves residing at Brookdale. The staff is kind, caring and provides continuity of care. Medication is provided at the same time daily. Meals are delicious and a daily schedule is maintained for dining. All of these things are what makes residing at Brookdale a pleasure. I honestly cannot say enough about the entire staff!! Their kindness and warmth makes them feel like family. I highly recommend Brookdale East Tucson.

I would highly recommend this facility! The food quality and imaginative variety is great! The chefs regularly meet with interested residents for feedback. Very Impressive Activities Director, [name removed]. She has all kinds of different groups come in and perform as well as regular field trips.

Brookdale East is the best part of my day. Employees are always welcoming. They open the door with a smile. The residents are well taken care of and Brookdale never smells like some assisted livings.

The staff is very friendly to family and guests and greets all residents by first name when passing in the halls. Staff is quick to notice if a resident needs assistance and stays with the resident until issue is resolved or more help arrives. We are pleased with housekeeping in the room and facility. Communication with the family has been very good: questions answered quickly by text, email, phone , requests honored promptly. The meals are good quality, variety, pleasing to the eye and taste. Also good options in case a meal served is just not to resident's liking. We really are very happy so far and so is mom. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale East Tucson to family and friends, without reservation!

It's a very good fit for our family. My loved one is really happy there, and really appreciated being introduced to the other residents. It's a smaller community, wihich offers a freindly service. Everyones needs is different, so I encourage other families, to take a look at the amenities, and room layout. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

The key is that the staff are caring and compassionate. The community is kept very neat and clean and they have lots of activities for the residents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My favorite thing is having my dog here with me in my apartment. I like the food very much. I like the nurse, if I have a question or something, they answer my quickly. The caregivers are helpful. I really get excited to see my son's visit and when entertainers come and play music.

I volunteer at Brookdale East in Tucson, AZ. It is a beautiful, well maintained facility. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and so attentive with the residents. They work hard at offering and participating in numerous activities throughout the day. It is a pleasure to be a small part of the community.

The staff here are very kind, caring, and attentive to residents needs. With plenty of activities to participate in throughout the week, facilities are clean and well maintained and the food/dining is a pleasurable experience.

I enjoy having people to eat with each day in the dining room. We stay healthy exercising and eating all the good food. It’s nice that there are always people around to help us all day. We do activities so there is always something to do.

I watch the caregivers pay such close attention to the residents. They play games, go on outings and serve them all their meals. They make sure and help introduce everyone if they get a new resident. It is a great place

My husband is here in this community and it is great. It's really clean and treating him really well. It has a good quality of food and it's well prepared. He has his own room and it's spacious with his own bathroom. He enjoys the daily activities and the daily exercising is good. He is happy here and I would recommend this community.

Brookdale East Tucson has been an excellent experience so far. The staff are all extremely friendly, kind, patient, and responsive to the residents. The facility is clean, the meals are varied and sound delicious, there are a lot of activities going on each day for the residents, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.

I liked this community when I toured it. The person I toured with was friendly. The community was clean and I liked the set up. This community is a little smaller than the one we chose. This community was our second choices.

I toured this facility, but it wouldn't have been a very good place to place my loved one. The rooms looked very tiny and the doorways were small, which would have been difficult for my loved one because she has a larger wheelchair. Overall, it wasn't quite a good fit.
