Based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Camino del Sol, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My father passed away last month. Brookdale was an excellent community for him. They took very good care of him.

Entire staff has made the whole experience for out family friend very positive. I have visited several times at different times of days and the activities are constantly happening and organized cleanliness and amazing, overall experience gas been amazing.

I had a wonderful tour, the Marketing director [name removed] was so friendly and knowledgeable. The community was buzzing and it really felt like a warm environment.

I was very pleased with the nurses and staff. My dad was happy with his friends there. They kept me up-to -date and took such great care of my dad until the end.

The staff at Brookdale Camino del Sol is very friendly, there are lots of activities, and the quality of care is good. It does seem very expensive, way more than what insurance covers.

Absolutely without hesitation recommend Brookdale Camino Del Sol. What I would say to a friend, professional staff working to make residents comfortable. Family constantly informed and welcomed. Nursing, dr and hospice staff knowledgeable and caring. If an issue arose, promptly dealt with and resolved.

I would rate each category as a 5. The activities director, [name removed], is personally concerned with each resident. She even visited my mother in the hospital during a brief stay. The nursing administrator is always willing and able to answer all my questions. They are very accommodating when my family wants to dine with my mother.

Staff is good and helpful. Housekeeping seems to stay on top of things. Communication with the family is lacking. The family has to initiate it. The move in was good, we used the person they recommended. My husband complains that the food is the same old stuff and not enough. The offered activities don't seem to be geared to men. The facility, as a whole, is good.

The staff was amazing! We met with 3 different people from the facility on the day of our tour. We met with the director, the nurse and the office personnel that gave us our tour. They were all amazing! Very knowledgeable about Alzheimer's affect on the brain and people emotionally. They were willing to take the time with us to answer all of our questions. They explained pricing and all costs up front, I didn't feel like anything was being hidden or new fees would come up. The entire staff was super friendly and willing to stop and talk with us. The facility seemed well kept and clean. The showers were set up nicely, along with the laundry room. They had ample room for family to come and spend time with their loved ones. They have a separate country kitchen that you can request to use for a family get together. I 100% would recommend this facility. From the moment you walk into the building, it just has an amazing feel to it! It feels like home!
