We are actually gonna see about moving her 1st of the year they are consistently changing her cost without notification. Up and down she should not be as high as it is now. She does love it there but the cost is ridiculous. Just be mindful whatever they say is the price you will be paying more than that for people on budgets.

Tasked with finding a safe place for an elderly friend, I visited a couple of assisted living facilities. I met a temporary director at Brookdale and was basically promised everything we could ask for. Our friend is very Catholic so I asked about Mass (they are next to a Catholic Church). I was told they have a priest and a monsignor as residents and mass is celebrated all the time. This was not true. There is one service on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Next, we were promised an emergency alert for her to wear. It took at least 6 requests to finally get that (and a call to a place for mom). Our friend was very unhappy with the food being served... selections on the menu were often not available, quality of the food left much to be desired. The tipping point was when she was served raw Salisbury steak for dinner. After about 6 weeks, it was decided that she would be better off at home with visiting help to assist with meals, baths, and housekeeping. I can not recommend.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Biloxi and overall her experience at this facility was very good. The housekeeping was good, although the trash bags had to be provided by the resident. Communication with the family was excellent. I was notified when things were happening. The staff was friendly and professional; they greeted me when entering and every time I saw them. The move in process was easy. My loved one had a choice of her own bed or a hospice bed and needed items were identified. I would recommend Brookdale Biloxi to others, mostly because of the staff.

This was a clean community with nice staff. It felt disorganized and didn't have the family atmosphere we were looking for.

The facility is beautiful and very well-kept. They have a new director and she is really nice, all of the staff have been phenomenal. My mom is going through dementia and getting her out of bed is so hard and they can get her right out of bed and down to eat. They really try their best and are so helpful. The staff are very encouraging to all residents and want to get them moving and out and about. The only downfall is their billing system. We got a bill that was very high and it took a very long time and we had to higher ups to get it fixed. I think it would be helpful if they gave a full breakdown on all of the monthly bills. I would absolutely recommend Broodkale Biloxi to others looking.

We had a good tour at Brookdale Biloxi. The staff were really nice, and they came in on a Sunday for me. Everybody was very friendly and open. It just wasn’t the right fit. The rooms were darker and looked more like a hospital. And the cost was more. But they did a really great job with the tour.
I would tell people to bring their family members here. There was an adjustment period at first, but now that our loved one is settled in, all in all it's a fantastic place. I like the administrative offices. They're very cooperative. The nursing staff is really good as well. The staff all treat our loved one very well. There are a lot of activities. I think it's a good value.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a very very close first choice it was a top contender, we just liked the location of another community better. However the staff here was their biggest selling point, they have excellent staff at Brookdale.
Brookdale Biloxi is a very nice facility. All of the staff were informative and helpful during the tour. The rooms were spacious. It seemed like they had plenty of staff as well which was a concern of mine. They were top notch with their covid protocols, everyone had to be swabbed before coming in. The only downfalls were that is was a little pricier and also it did not seem like many activities were going on, a lot of people were just sitting around. But overall it was a great tour and I would recommend them.
Read MoreWe chose Brookdale Biloxi because we were very impressed with [name removed], the manager, and what she represents and her passion about the job is incredible. She made it feel very homey from the start and we are not just another number. I cannot say enough good about the staff members here, they are very involved in each residents life and the care is personalized. I would highly, highly recommend them for others looking.

I took my dad around to check out a couple others places but he picked Brookdale because they gave a personal approach and all staff were very friendly. They are tending to his needs and once covid goes away, I think the activities will really improve but they are doing the best that they can. I would highly recommend to others looking.

The food was amazing and they have a chef on staff and have 3 meal options other than the entree. The staff is amazing is and very friendly they went out of their way to make the residence comfortable. The management went out of the way to accommodate my loved one. The main front desk employee is so friendly, funny, caring, loving, and makes every feel at home. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Brookdale Biloxi because we had experience with a facility in GA which my father in law was at and it was a Brookdale facility so we were familiar with it because of that experience. I thought the staff members here were very caring and compassionate with my dad and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose Brookdale Biloxi because we needed a place immediately and they were very helpful in making that happen for us. He was in a private room most of the time. They were excellent with communication during our stay here. It was a great place with great staff and they were very easy to work with and caring. I would definitely recommend to others.

They are very good, but the communication from the staff isn't always timely. If I text them they don't get back with a follow up. The only other issue I have is the ordering of a specific medication for my loved one for two months. They have good activities for the residents and they seem to be caring about them as well.

My mother was in the memory care unit, the memory care staff really are not well trained. I could tell just by speaking to the staff they didn't know how to deal with memory care. I would expect the facility would ensure that staff understands dementia, and how it progresses. I was told that my mom would have a phone in her room and that never happened. We were told that by signing early we would avoid any price increases, and they tried to charge me for the time before my mom even moved in. When she passed we were supposed to receive a refund and it was $150.00 short, and we can not get an answer from them. When my mom first arrived her dementia was manageable but the rooms did not have any way to alert a staff member if there are problems. She had to literally yell in her room to get their attention. She was not at the facility at all her last and still charged us. I would not recommend this facility to others.
