Belair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My husband seems to be doing wonderful in rehab. The nursing staff is great. The ancillary staff morning is not as good as the evening shift. One girl at night works with my husband on first floor and has been especially helpful. My husband and his roommate are not enjoying the meals. I go everyday to see him every day usually. They have him on no salt - no seasoning. He was having a chicken salad sandwich at the bistro and he couldn't eat part of it so I tried it and it was tasteless so they could use more seasoning.

The nurses' aides are very good. He wants out and I feel uneasy about it . They do the PT and that is okay. The place is beautiful and clean. They send whatever food they want no matter what you request. The nurses are short staffed.

There were no bed rails and it took 36 hours to get them. She said the food was edible but there were only two choices. She said the food was better at the hospital.

I was not happy over the weekend. There are some things that a very good during the week. The administrative staff was very helpful and nice. One nurse and the rest LPN and the doctor is excellent. The dining is fine and my husband does not like anything and he does not like anything at home either.

It takes a long time to get help. Some of the night aides and not nice and refused to help her. We do not get much information.

My loved one is loving the rehab. The nurses are incredible, but there are times there is no one around.

My mother is in love with the place. The attitude of the people and the cleanliness of the rooms is fantastic. My mother likes the way they treat her. This place is spotless. You can almost eat off the floors!

My husband has had a great experience. They are really taking good care of him. The care and Physical Therapy are fantastic. We rested easy once he got in there from the hospital. It's excellent. The Social Worker was very helpful and so was Admissions. The nurses were all very helpful. Everybody is great. They are friendly and nice. They helped me out, and answered all my questions. Their communication is phenomenal! They call us and talk to us and they keep us updated. It's a beautiful place and very clean!

My loved one requested to go back to this facility after she had her surgery. She was here before and we really liked it. The place is excellent. She loves the meals!

First of all, the place is immaculate. They have taken good care of my wife. Also, a plus was it was very well coordinated between Belair and the assisted living home she is a resident of. She did very well there in therapy. She had it twice a day. The nurses were attentive and pleasant. The staff were very nice and very helpful. It's very clean! The floor were immaculate, every time I looked down the hall. She was not thrilled with the food though. It was kind of bland and the same thing.

My questions are being answered when I talk to the staff, they are very helpful. They come and get him every day and are nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean. I had to talk to them yesterday, and they were very helpful. The Director of Admissions was very helpful. Also, the director of nursing, she was very helpful. One time he got a hamburger and it looked like it had been sitting on the Barbecue too long.

They were outstanding. The place is clean the staff wonderful and the care she received was outstanding.

They were very thorough about everything. The therapists helped her a lot. From what I saw, they were very concerned and caring. The staff were very good! I would ask the therapist questions, and we would talk a lot. They gave me a lot of information about how she was doing. They were helpful. I would go in there they would say "hello" and "how are you doing?" After being there a while, you get to know everybody! I definitely got to know them. They were always cleaning. The rooms and the bathrooms, everything seemed cleaned when I was there. The food looked great, you didn't always get what you ordered. She said it wasn't bad.

They are great people. Everyone is nice and caring. The aides are very nice. The aides keep the people very clean, I have to say. One of the aides is very sweet with all of the people. It is very clean and they are always cleaning. The meals are very good and especially with his dietary restrictions.

The people are very nice and try to fulfill all your needs. The staff are very friendly. The occupational and physical therapy are very good. It's very clean. She likes the Bistro part. The Admissions Director is excellent. Honestly, the CNAs take their time in getting like from the bathroom. I don't think they are as caring as the nurses.

The experience was absolutely wonderful. I have already recommended it! I wrote it all over my Facebook and everything. Not one bad thing I could say! We were there through the holidays and the facility gave us part of the section of the room and we were able to have our family gathering there. We brought all of our gifts, had food - it was so, so nice to be able to do this together. Every single nurse and aide - were literally all amazing. He lived off chicken salad and egg salad while he was there. This was difficult for an Italian man!

They were very good. It's very clean. They are very nice and informative. He hated the food though.

I'd recommend Belair!

It is awesome, the physical therapy. She thinks it is great and loves the therapist. She needs the physical therapy fist not the occupational therapy. She needs to walk and learn how to walk. She keeps complaining and not one is listening. A few are wonderful and a few of the aides are snappy but they must have hands full. It's a very pretty place and it is clean and no smell at all. The food is so so, but likes the grilled cheese.

They are nice and it is clean. The Admissions Director is nice. The lady at the front desk is very nice too. The floors are shiny and clean. The rooms are very clean and one carpet had a big stain. The food could be better. All of the patients complain about the food, may be because of their diets. I wish there was little more entertainment and they sit in their room.
