They treat their patients like gold! My mother in law was also at the facility and now my wife is here for short term. The staff are all are so great. We have been so lucky to have this place available to our family. They are nice people and trying their best with her - although she may not always be as easy going about doing the therapies. They have been excellent with communication! They are always giving feedback, answering questions and keeping me in the loop regarding my wife's care.

The people are very attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. The facility is in great shape. I do not know yet. We like the nurse practitioners. They are very attentive and caring. They are very skilled at their jobs. He is easy to please.

I think everyone is very helpful and it is a beautiful facility. She is happy there so I am happy. It is beautiful, like a hotel. Every time I walk any where it is very clean. If there was a 10 star rating I would give them a 10. The food is good too.

They served good meals, I tried them myself and thought they were pretty good! The doctor was especially good with us - he would come in and out and keep me updated along the way.

I would like to say this: excellent facility and I am comfortable leaving my father there. I would 100% - would recommend the facility to someone! They do a great job there! It's difficult for me to rate because nothing's perfect but this place is pretty close! The nurses really made me feel comfortable I do not feel as though I am qualified to assess nursing car however I was impressed with the nursing care my father was provided. The meals are okay. The eggs are a little cold in the morning A little more pro active communication would have been nice on their end. But I will say this - when I sought communication they were right on top of everything.

We are satisfied with the care he got. He seemed to think it was good but he has a way to go yet. Everybody was very good. Excellent. Very good. He was very satisfied. He said the food was pretty good. They kept me informed.

Great and it is perfect. It is very clean and the nurses are very polite. She is getting great care there. She is getting great therapy there. The ones I talk to were great and understanding. My mom is difficult. My sister dealt with them and I only visited once. Very nice and clean. She did not really eat there and I am not sure about that. She is not used to their kind of food. She communicated well there and they communicated in her language.

This one is very warm and I love the wallpaper and the people are extremely nice They like what they are doing. So far I love it. I know the rehab is very good there. Everything is going well. I have only been there two days. The aide who took care of my mother was very friendly from Haiti. When I walked in I was surprised with everything being very clean. Table clothes on the tables made it feel very homey. So far my mom is enjoying the food. The folks in dining room they allow family members to sit with the residents. Very good. They are giving my sister updates in person.

My loved one is happy. It's very clean.

It is excellent. Concern from most of the staff. She had a particular problem, and they all pitched in to help her. She seems to be doing well. She has one major problem to work on is getting out of bed, and they are helping her with that. The nursing is very good. Better than most and better than I expected. They are respective , concerned. The professional attitude is excellent. The cleanliness is perfect! Perfect! It's excellent. My wife's beauty experience is sub par. It may be for her kind of hair.

We like the place and we think she is getting really good care. They are keeping her very clean. They change her clothes all the time. She tells me herself that they are taking care of her! She was here 3 years ago, so we really happy when we got option to bring her here again. We asked when she the hospital if we could bring her here. The only bad thing is the food, it's so salty! Everyone who I have spoke to has been friendly and nice. It's extremely clean. There is not a question about that. One lady went out of her way to give sister vegetable soup. Just stop with the salt! My sister is not eating anything, and I was surprised nobody called to tell me that she wasn't eating. I wish that the doctor would call me to let know what to do about that.

The food is not great and the service is okay. They do not bring what he wants. He has been in the same clothes for two days. They do not bring the right food that he asks for. There is no doctor on the premises and only a nurse practitioner. They do not have Q tips or cotton balls from what they have said.

The place is very nice and clean. It is very homey and clean looking. It does not look like a hospital. We are not sure my loved one is getting the proper diet. I have not spoken to people much but we have a meeting soon.

Belair is very good. Her only issue was when they were not coming to get her for therapy.

It has only been a couple of days and so far so good. He thinks that is really good. They do come quick enough when he needs help. I met the admissions lady, who is very nice. Everything is very clean. The food is not great though. When I go to the nurses station I get updates. However when I called on the phone, no one answered my call.

It was better today. I have been working on straightening things out. Overall the facility is very good but short staffed. The rehab was wonderful and we are trying to get her to do more. The staff were very receptive to what I asked and to help out. The cleanliness is very good. Everything is really clean.

There are times when I have to remind the staff of certain things. If he needs help he has to call multiple times for help. The rooms are kept clean and the dining area is not cleaned right way. The meals are fine and you can order in advance. It was inconvenient ordering on paper and I would like to order online. I have to ask usually. The speech therapist was the only one who updated me. They should be more proactive with updates.

She is having good results and the people I have meant have all been excellent. From what hear from her, they are doing well and pushing her. She is having positive results. Everybody seems nice and professional. I meant with some administrators. They are very, very, very good. At the family care meeting with the social workers, they were very understanding. The orderlies are very, very, friendly and have a positive attitude. It could be a little cleaner as far as smells but it is understandable. The meals are pretty good. They reached out to me and we had a meeting. Communication has been fine.

The nursing staff and aides were very, very, very, good. They were all so busy and attentive. She never had an issue with any of them. They weren't just going their jobs, unlike some of the other facilities. I thought everybody was fine. They are all good. It was clean, it was fine. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because their nutrition and food program is really bad.
