Rhodes Rehab personal review.

On [date removed], I fell from a tree and shattered my hip socket and pelvis. I also broke three ribs. When I woke up from a very long surgery, I was in the Rhodes Rehab center at Banner Baywood. 90 days later, I walk without a cane. I can sit on the ground and get back up again - a major accomplishment. The combined work of PT, OT and the nursing staff led me to a rapid recovery. I was taught how to transfer my weight to protect my injured left side as the bones knitted. I was also taught smart strategies for transferring my weight. There was nothing easy about my recovery and nothing that wasn't painful. Throughout, the staff made it work - as if we were a team and they were all on my side. Hat tip to them. They rebuilt me and now I am barely limited in what I do.... Read more

Wonderful Care

My mother was there for three and a half weeks. The care was wonderful. The thing is you have to qualify to go in there after the hospital because they do rehab three times a day. The hospital thought my mother was up to it but as it turns out she wasn't so the rehab center recommended another rehab place that might be a better fit and that worked out great.
