Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care

Six months after my mom was at Balance, Del Monte Assisted Living bought the company. Employees of many years suddenly were let go; communication was horrible not returning my calls; heat off 3 consecutive days & called [name removed] the owner & he said he wasn't aware of no heat when my mom complained for 3 days; no cook available one night so company provided delivered pizza for ALL residents; several times no hot water for my mother to shower delaying 2 times per week showers, & there were times staff "ran out of time on their schedule" so she didn't get her shower; facility lost her brand new wheelchair & wouldn't help her find it or return my calls; when I checked her out of facility, staff gave another residents prescription bottle to us & gave us an empty bottle & wouldn't fill it; increased my mother's monthly rent an ADDITIONAL $[removed]MORE per month. That is when we pulled her out of this facility. Back door always unlocked & anyone can just walk into any room. They ignored my calls.

My loved one was previously a resident at Balanced Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility felt dark and depressing, but my loved one wanted to go here. They ran out of my loved one's medications twice and both times they told us at the last minute. Towards the end they got really rude. I tried to set up a meeting to do a care plan, but after two weeks no one ever got back to me. I decided to move her to a different facility.

[name removed] treats these residents like they are his own family if you need or are looking for a place for your liver one to call home I highly recommend this place! The staff are amazing and will make you feel right at home!

I went to Balance Assisted Living and was most pleasantly surprised. The entire facility appeared to have been remodeled. The Assisted Living area was of the facility was very impressive with very nice living quarters and amenities for the residents. The staff also was extremely helpful and accommodating to individual needs of each resident. I would most certainly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone interested.

Balance is very caring. The staff goes above and beyond to help in every way they can. Some of the staff has been here for over 20 years and they are very quick to lend a helping hand to outside vendors when needed.

I recently went to visit my grandmother at balance and noticed how wonderful all the staff is and how great they decorated for Christmas! I would definitely recommend others to check out violence assisted living for their loved ones!

My husband and I turned the facilty a couple of days ago. It was nice and clean and Nate was extremely helpful. He has a great vision for balance. We have chosen a different place because it is available today. Thank you for your time

Very nice community. Visited a friend recently and they are loving their time here. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly to me and my wife. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I come here often to visit my father, I so very much appreciate the staff and the way they treat people. It really reflects the ownership and management, I am very happy my father is in a place as caring as this place.

I've looked at a bunch of places before- my great grandmother suffers from dementia and is very picky about where she is and who she's with. This facility really embraced her and made her feel cared for which is a lot more than other places do

Came in with my family with a heavy heart, having to make a decision of what will be best for my mother moving forward has been a huge stress on all of us. After touring the facility and seeing the kindness and care they provide made the choice easy. When the time comes to move forward we will be using this facility.

With attentive, positive staff, and clean space, we know this is the perfect spot for mom. There are plenty of activities and nutritious meals for their residents. A very friendly and welcoming environment.

My relative lives there and it’s very clean, the place is all dressed up for the holidays which makes it feel like home. The people that work there are very attentive, so far we are happy and feel secure about our relative living there. We know she is being taken care of properly.

I was looking for a place for my mother and decided to call Balance Assisted Living and Memory care. The person that I spoke was exceptional helpful and gave me some great information. Because of the conversation I had with them, I decided to give the place a visit. Although it was an older community, it was well maintained and inviting. We are a few months out from placing mom, but it definitely is one of my top choices.

You won't find another place with the care and compassion this place has. Truly a gem!!!
